The staff were very organized, friendly, and helpful. Whenever I had a question, they responded immediately and were always happy to help. They even gave us great recommendations for food, places to visit, and anything else we needed. They answered every question with patience and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended! Central location, cozy house and room Central location turns into a huge negative at night. Nearby bars and restaurants play loud music until 1 AM, making it impossible to sleep. Also, the building has terrible soundproofing. You hear everyone on the stairs, in the hallway, and in other rooms. Guaranteed sleepless night

The staff and the owner are very respectful and welcoming. The location is outstanding. The room is perfectly clean. The surroundings are extremely noisy. There are constant noises coming from the walls and doors. The rooms are very close to each other, and the doors are positioned too close together. Around 2:00 AM, someone kept knocking and dropping objects on the external wall directly behind our beds. I am not sure whether there is a restaurant or retail space sharing a communicating wall, but the noise was very disturbing. There is a main entrance door for the motel, leading to a small lobby and multiple rooms. Every time someone opens or closes the main door (especially between 2:00 and 3:00 AM), it feels as if someone is entering your room. The room doors should be properly soundproofed and airtight. There should not be any air gaps around the door. Additionally, the toilet seat is positioned too close to the lavatory, making it impossible to clean properly without standing up.

The host & staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great and nearby to very good restaurants/cafes. The room is a bit small but manageable. Nothing.

We had a really great stay at Easyrooms Verandah Antalya. The place was super clean, with fresh towels and bedsheets, and check-in was super easy. The owner was so friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. Honestly, everything was just smooth and comfortable—would definitely stay again! Missed breakfast...

I unknowingly had booked this for my trip with Mom, as I was short on time but who knew it would turn out this great. The facilities the location and most importantly having a kind owner who helped me with all my doubts! The place is fantastic right in middle of the main town, and everything is accessible. Super friendly host and a beautiful place!

I know the neighborhood can be noisy, but the room is right opposite of a bar with extremely loud music until 1 in the morning.

A super sweet boutique hotel located in the old town, within walking distance of various shops and the marina. When you arrive at the hotel you instantly feel the basic luxury. Needs orientated, clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and sends you every detail before you even arrive in town. The only problem (tolerable in my opinion) may be the music that ends at midnight. But no matter where you get up in the castle, that music is everywhere, but after the music ends, you get up alone in an environment that suddenly becomes quiet.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping was done quickly and often. The terrace at the top floor is a nice plus. The location is very central, with bus/tram stations in walking distance. Since the location is so central in Kaleici during the night until around 1am it can get pretty noisy. This is normal for Kaleici, since it's also a historic area and buildings need to respect certain architectural requirements. Keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper and like to go to bed early. Although, the staff is very accommodating and will help you any way they can.

Good

Everything about the room was near perfect from the beds (subjective, not everyone would like them), the room, to the shower space. Myself and my partner enjoyed what they had to offer and we would love to see this standard for many rooms in the future we use. The communication with the owners and ease to getting into the property helped a lot too. The location was fantastic with the tram, shops, restaurants and everything you would want near by. My only negative was the noise outside. Now I didn't see any mentions of it in the listing but I also didn't research the area to know this could be a problem in Old Town (so I don't want to criticize to hard about this) but there is a bar less than 10m from the window essentially partying till 1am each night and it's also an avenue for a lot of walking and additional bars/restaurants near by. Luckily we could sleep eventually through this in time but a lot of people would see issues here (unless you want the night life experience). If you can't sleep through noise don't stay here or bring great ear plugs.
