I loved being in the old town. I loved having my room next to the pool. It is beautiful room spacious, clean, wonderful. I thought the breakfast was fabulous. The Concierge Concierge was wonderful was able to check in early and when I moved rooms because of I was joining a tour group was able to move from one room directly to the other room. It was fabulous. The staff worked very much to make it a great experience. What I didn't like about the property was that it was situated near a nightclub and the music started at around eight and it went to two to 4 o'clock in the morning and when I moved to another room, I was on the street, which was very very noisy and once again, the music throbbing wonderful if you were 20 and out clubbing, but not if you were trying to sleep

Location was perfect and it was spotlessly clean There was some noise in the evening as the hotel is located in a very busy area with outdoor nightclubs but it didn’t bother us and we were able to sleep through it - if noise disturbs you bring ear plugs Our room was The Argos Room with a big private terrace overlooking the sea - absolutely perfect

The room was spacious and had good facilities. There was loud music both nights I stayed (a Monday and Tuesday), which went on til 3am - very difficult to sleep. Although the music wasn't from the hotel itself, it was loud and closing windows etc did nothing to help the noise. Breakfast felt a bit random, coffee was terrible.

Amazing hotel, ideally located Good WiFi Only stairs to climb up Suite is on the 3rd floor No one is helping for the luggage

Very central Staff are very friendly & helpful Rooms were very clean & spacious Rooms cleaned & fresh towels everyday Breakfast very plentiful Noise (not as loud overlooking the pool ) bring ear plugs Smell of cat excrement & urine around poolside bar garden area & from derelict property next door (extremely difficult to manage as from the high volume of cats in Antalya ) Flies all the time when sunbathing

Nice little pool Noise from the night club next door till 3am every night, boom boom boom boom, then after poeple screaming and shouting till 5am

I absolutely loved this hotel. Feels like home from home. The staff were so friendly and always helpful. Attention to detail was second to none. Would highly recommend and definitely go back ?

fantastic staff, i was taken ill while staying here, the staff packed up my luggage, ensure i had a room to stay in after hospital discharge, i can't recall all they did as my memory is a little hazy, but i am unable to fault the staff.

The property was beautiful, an authentic Turkish building right in the centre of Kaleiçi. Beautiful pool (it’s bigger than the pictures!) and a gorgeous room - we stayed in the superior suite which was large and spacious. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning with a selection of fruit, eggs, cakes and the like. We ate breakfast on the terrace every morning and were often visited by the family of little kittens that live at the hotel. Most wonderful part of our day! :) Nothing! There was some loud music that could be heard late some evenings but I can honestly say it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep. And I am a light sleeper!

Location was excellent, very central to both old town, new town and the marina area The noise from the bars very close by was extremely loud and continued until after 3am every night. This isn't the fault of the hotel which is very nice, but because of the noise issue I couldn't recommend it to anyone unless they were happy going clubbing every night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally nice and friendly, making the entire experience very pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making us feel completely comfortable. We especially want to highlight the breakfast buffet: it was always plentiful and incredibly delicious. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, it was quite noisy, but we quickly got used to it.

Location and friendliness of staff
-
I loved its location I did not like that every night the bars in the neighborhood blast music and that’s all you hear every single night

Very clean, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Located in the middle of the old town (also the party quarter). Great pool and terrace, nicely furnished lobby. The hotel is right in the middle of the party district, between two night clubs that play very very loud music from ~6pm until 1:30am. So if you are after a quiet time choose somewhere further away from the port. If you are going for a party weekend, then it’s the perfect location.

The location of the hotel was phenomenal - right in the heart of the old town, close to the beach, shops, clubs, and restaurants. There's nothing to complain about here. The breakfast was a classic, with nothing particularly negative to note. Delicious scrambled eggs, slightly stale bread, but everything else was satisfactory. The rooms were decent, although one out of two was a bit cramped, but still manageable. Additionally, the most positive aspect was the always smiling and friendly staff. One thing I didn't like was the infrequent housekeeping, leading to situations where our small bathroom bin would literally overflow with trash. Additionally, there was one instance where the pool was out of service for an entire day due to overnight rain, causing the water to become stagnant.
