Managed of hotel was very helpful and professional! Furniture in bathroom need to be updated

The only good thing about here is the breakfast and location. Decent buffet breakfast with a view at the rooftop. Location is 15 minute away from the old town, for us is ok because we love to walk around and explore. CLEANLINESS IS HORRIBLE ! Please look at the picture, i was sitting at the chair doing some work and felt itchy at my hand i thought i got a mosquito bite but i can't find any mosquito in the room. The itchiness got worst and more that i can't continue with my work. Took a shower and quickly went to bed. The next day morning, there are multiple bites, more then 10 bites. By the time i am writting this which is about 1 day already there's actually more then 20 bites. I did complain to the reception and i appreciate he did make apologies and offer us to stay. But we're only staying for 1 night and moving out to another city. I am not expecting anything from the hotel but i hope this review serve as a caution for other traveller. Thank you

Great staff. Good location. The door to the bathroom was broken, it couldn’t be closed at all. Windows don’t isolate you from the street noise.

The reception person was nice Outdated property in the shady neighborhood. Room is filthy, bed sheets are kind of dirty. No blankets, just sheets. Strong cigarette smell in the building. The view from the room to destroyed houses

Location is perfect, rooms were little bit tidy but clean, breakfast was decent. Bathroom was too small

The location of the hotel is a bit isolated, so it might feel unsafe if you’re traveling alone or with just women. The bathroom had mold, and overall it didn’t feel very clean. During my 3-night stay, I saw cockroaches twice. The first time, I went to the reception, but the staff couldn’t understand English. He came to check the room but just said it was late and they would handle it the next day. The following morning, I explained again to another staff member, but they also didn’t understand English, so I had to use a translator app. They said they would tell housekeeping to seal the gaps in the bathroom, but since there was only one housekeeper, they said “later.” When we came back in the evening, nothing had changed. On the last day, another cockroach appeared. When we mentioned it at checkout, the staff just said they could have changed my room if I had told them earlier. Among the staff, only one older man spoke English well; with the others, communication was almost impossible.

We were happy staying. Just the room was very small . Breakfast was awesome. Convient place to stay. Milie was an excellent kind hearted gentleman. ❤️ Room is too small . Everything else was great

They serve local/ Turkish cuisine for breakfast, which was amazing. And the location was great and close to central part of city.

"Unfortunately, our experience was not as expected. The room we booked was advertised as air-conditioned, but the AC was not working at all. On top of that, the air conditioner filter was very dirty, which made the room uncomfortable.
