Very bad experience. You can’t take shower because i was with children and the door not locked from inside, TV not working, beds with very bad condition, noise coming from outside corridor…..

The staff Bathroom and location

The hotel owner was very nice and helpful. He allowed us to leave our luggage there from early morning until the night because we took a bus in the midnight. Walking distance to Clock Tower and Hadrian's Gate. 24/7 reception. Just some minutes walking to a tram station, where you can go directly to Perge. The room had a washing machine but there was not kitchenware/kitchen utensils. The hotel locates in a small lane, behind a big street, so you may have to look for it. Wifi sometimes is not stable

Restaurant at the door was bonus facility. Stuffs were so friendly. Location was close to tourist centre still secluded. Restaurant just at the entrance.

The stuff was very friendly, and they managed to help us with every query that we had. First irritating this was the fact that we were unable to find the property due to incorrect location on Booking, still there is no precise location provided. Since we had no internet connection and we couldn't contact the property directly, we were trying to ask people around the provided location to find the hotel, but no-one knew that place. Then it seemed that the property was located under a different signature. Very strange... Half of the listed room amenities were not provided. It makes no sense having a kitchen in the room without any kitchen amenities. Lastly, the worst thing was the fact that we got a no window apartment, actually there was a window with a view to nowhere. There were no smoking signs around the facilities, but we could smell cigarettes around property as well in our room and we couldn't get rid of the smell due to no window.

In the end, we managed to get what we had booked- ish... but it didn't start off great, once the management stepped in, after a disappointing reception staff experience. Wifi was good. Air con was good. We arrived, having booked a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, washing machine and separate living room. We arrived to a place with 2 bedrooms, where the air con was in the inner room and the inner room was connected to the bathroom through the other room - so basically we couldn't close the door between them due to the heat and bathroom requirements. It had none of the advertised features. We were then rudely told first that what we saw in the pictures didn't exist, then that a 2 bedroom apartment is for 10 people (we were 4). Once we insisted that this is what we had clearly paid for and reserved, we were promised it from the next day. We were given breakfast the first day to compensate and promised €15 back which we haven't had back. They also washed our clothes after we explained the washing machine was the main reason for the room type we booked. The next day we were able to move into two properly separate rooms, one had a washing machine and cups and a non-working coffee machine as a "kitchen". This was still not what we had booked, but suited our stay in the end. The property is very loud, people come and go at all hours, and bang doors - the rooms have no sound isolation, we heard everything, we wish we hadn't....

the location and Musa it s old and dingy. it looks as if it survived the world war 2. no towels or amenities when we arrived. AC is only in one bedroom. shower looks dirty and was pouring all over the place. you can hear every noise from voices to steps to any open door. windows are from wood and in poor condition. last day didn t even have hot water. doesn t look at all like in the pictures on booking. there s always smoke in the bathroom as it s somehow connected to a balcony of other rooms and you can hear all their conversations even if u don t speak other languages

Location is great, in the old city. It can be cleaner. Waterpresure in shower is slow. Very bad internet conection. There was no hot wather all day.
