Staff is very friendly, especially Bilal. I like the location- Old Antalya is a great place to stay, because all the fun is here. Blue Sea Garden hotel is very cozy, beautiful and there's nothing unnecessary - all you need is there. Amazing food, wonderfuland simplebreakfast, bellydancers, friendly staff and live Turkish music- absolutely worth it and not expensive. It was my first stay in Antalya and I enjoyed every moment!

I booked two reservations through Booking.com: the first for two rooms for two nights, and the second for one room for one night. Upon arrival, we were instructed to pay for the first reservation only and to settle the second reservation later. To our shock, one of the rooms like a basement, lacking ventilation, windows, or any air outlets. The bathroom ceiling was so low above the shower that it forced users to bend or twist their necks to shower comfortably. The odor was extremely foul, causing one family member to fall ill with a virus on the second day. Additionally, the electrical outlet cover was missing, exposing live wires, and the bathroom door handle was broken, making it impossible to close the door. We left a sign requesting that the rooms be cleaned, but this was ignored on the second day. No towels were changed, no shampoo was provided, and the rooms were not tidied up, as we couldn’t ventilate them due to the absence of air outlets. To make matters worse, there were insects present! When I spoke to the hotel owner about these issues, he promised to change the rooms for our last night. However, he was absent on the third day. The receptionist informed me that they only clean rooms after guests check out, despite the owner’s apology the previous day. She claimed to be the owner herself and said she could not change the rooms. When I requested to pay any price differences, she told me that the Booking.com rate was too low and that their prices were higher. She then canceled our confirmed reservation, refused to let us pay for the weekend room, and insulted us, tearing up our reservation while yelling for us to leave. It was our travel night, and we were stunned by this humiliation. We had very little time to pack our belongings and find another hotel before our early morning flight. In the chaos, we ended up leaving some clothes in the closet. The hotel could have reached out to us to retrieve our belongings, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this hotel, which is unfit for human use. Attached are pictures documenting the unacceptable conditions.

The staff were 10/10. Extremely welcoming and helped us with everything. Even showed me around the old town. It was too cheap!

Nice hotel with very good location. Breakfast was delicious but it is same everyday ) My room was quite big and comfortable. Room didn't have a fridge! ))) First time in my life. There is no even mini-bar at all and I was surprised. Please add it to every room and your hotel would be much better! Also I didn't like the swimming pool surrounding with tables and chairs andso every time somebody is eating near the pool. I didn't swim in such situations.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel, it is located in the old town and therefore the surroundings are gorgeous. - It was the worst vacation we have ever had, the bed broke as soon as we got in the room and the hosts threatened to call the police and the media if we refused to pay 150euros for the repairs, which we obviously refused then ended up coming to the room and tearing down the broken bed frame only to leave the mattress on the floor for us to sleep on. - The bathroom was moldy and the draining in the shower was horrible, the shower head was rusty it felt like a health violation to be in there, multiple drawers were broken one even taped. - The breakfast was not great, the photo shows all that was offered for 2 people except some bread slices. - The service got worse after we complained about the room on the first morning of our stay, nobody ever came to change the sheets or the towels in our room throughout a 7 day stay.

Liked the location and the authenticity of the property. Very central No lounging area as in comfortable seating in the courtyard. No sun loungers for the pool. In other words no nice area where to relax and enjoy a book or just chill out

Great position in Old Town. V nice and helpful staff. Good turkish breakfast with lots of coffee. Music too loud but was turned down on request. No sun beds. Uneasy about the house dogs. Creaky bed.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying in that hotel! It’s located really close to the sea and park. The hotel workers were very friendly and helpful. In addition to the restaurant, the hotel has its own coffee shop and they serves very tasty coffee in there!
