the staff was so sweet. let's just say i had a very chaotic morning and was going to miss my ferry to folegandros from paros - but the staff lent me a charger for my very dead phone, made me some delicious coffee, and made sure i had a taxi to get me to parikia once i got to pounta from antiparos. definitely would have missed my ferry to folegandros if it weren't for them!!!

This place is a real gem! We immediately felt like we were in a second home - Maria, Giorgos and Yiannis are great hosts. The breakfast we had was absolutely delicious! The house itself is a bit noisy - but I guess that's the case with all these typical Antiparos houses, so no need to complain!

Wow, what a wonderful stay! This charming and cozy spot was brought to life by lush greenery and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delightful, and the entire family was present, making the experience feel truly local. I felt safe, secure, and embraced by a wholesome environment. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, always available, and very friendly. The location was perfect—right by the Main Street, filled with adorable boutique shops, cafés, and restaurants, and just steps from a beautiful sandy beach. If I return, I’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent. While no view to speak of, we were lucky to not have to look directly at the very close building next door as some of the other units did. The room is tiny but very functional. We asked for a kettle and cups, bowls and spoons and this was no problem. George and Maria were very attentive. The toilet seat was broken in our room. I had read a previous review about a broken toilet seat and wonder if this was the same room.

- the location was perfect, 5 minutes from the strip and the port (where you could catch a bus around the island as well) - lovely, friendly staff - space to leave bag after checkout - comfortable bed and pillows - I was in the single room which was very small. There was no wardrobe to put my clothes, only hooks - no bin in the room, only in the bathroom - the fridge was a bit dirty but it wiped off easily - as per most bathrooms in Greece, the it is more like a wet room

The owners were delightful, really helpful and friendly. The Hotel is close to the centre, but lovely and quiet.

Wonderful people and great location. However reflective of the budget, the rooms and facilities are in serious need of updating (and I say this as someone who prefers traditional over modern). I would also suggest requesting an upstairs room if you are a light sleeper or don't want to wake too early- my downstairs room was practically in the cafe meaning I was awoken by loud talking and clattering from 7am, very little privacy, the balcony is in as close proximity to the next table meaning hanging up washing even feels very awkward (surely there could be some kind of subtle fix for this?) and a loud fridge jammed into the side of the bed?? - The location and the setting itself is really pleasant and Yiannis is very helpful, there's a nice family atmosphere but just some attention and tweaks to the rooms would make this a much better experience for the customer.

Fantastic brilliant perfect

Great location to all shops, restaurants and the ferries. Needed a new toilet seat but the room was comfortable and clean and serviced nicely. Happy for the affordable price.
