Good communication and management. I receive a compensation that was fair after spending the first night in a room with no AC. I appreciate the effort. Rooms are good and comfortable if AC is available. Just no AC on the first night. No fridge.

Room was big and clean Comfy bed Big tub Hinges in the window where broken And AC didn't work at the time it was hot but managed to sleep good thanks to the good bed
