A decient hotel with service to arrange a tour when needed. There are plenty restaurants nearby.

Clean and comfortable stay, great location as well. A lot of restaurants were walking distance. Host greeted us nicely as well. Comfortable rooms with AC. The wifi was not that good, but it will allow you to do necessary stuff like sending a few messages via WhatsApp. Videocall or Instagram doesn’t work. Handsoap in the bathroom would have been nice too and we felt like we were overcharged for some things, like an activity and breakfast. Especially the Western breakfast is quite simple and you pay double for the same you could get in a restaurant.

Spotless clean rooms and bathrooms. Delicious breakfast in the morning. Owner is very welcoming and will help you with all your needs or questions.

Overpriced for what is has to offer.

Located close enough to the main town to be able to walk in and visit a local restaurant or an authentic toddy bar. Senpathi and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Senpathi arranged a tuk tuk tour of the ancient city. Or driver was on point with our interests and was flexible in how long we spend at places. He even stopped so we could get some beer on the way back. Rooms were clean and nicely styled. And the Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious.

I really enjoyed my stay. Amazing host, good food, clean and nice rooms. Perfect for a few days of Anuradhapura. Would go there again and would recommend my friends to go as well.

Very nice accommodation. Room a bit small for a single traveler. Don’t know about the rooms for couples.

The host helped us with everything. Our rental Tuktuk had a mechanical problem in the night, when all the mechanic shops were closed. He helped us in the best way possible, first by making sure we (and our Tuktuk) would safely get back to the hotel, and the next morning after we finished our breakfast, our Tuktuk was already fixed by a local mechanic who was arranged by our host. Many thanks!

Nice and cosy room in a friendly guesthouse with delicious local breakfast. We really loved Sempathi and his wife’s hospitality. They were really helpful to accommodate us with everything we needed and communicated really well all the information. We hired bycicles to explore the site and Sempathi also arranged us a tuk tuk guide to see Minthale at sunrise. The room was pretty small but it was still great value for the price.

Great service A bit far from town.

The hotel was clean and well furnished. The room was a little small for two but it was manageable. The service was really good, and the receptionist was really helpful. The hotel is not near the city center so either you have to walk a bit or take a tuktuk, but it's manageable.

Great location, very clean. The owner and his wife were very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this place to anyone
