Rooms were very clean and spacious.

Food was amazing, room was comfortable. It even has a great pool. The owner is very nice. Would recommend!

The people were exceptionally lovely, my partner had some food intolerances and a preference for spicy food which they very kindly accommodated. Just a very warm welcoming vibe overall. Nothing!

We had a lovely stay at Kutumbaya. Wasantha the manager was very accommodating and able to assist with meals for my husband’s many food intolerances. He was also very attentive to our little kids and thoughtful of their needs. -

A nice place to stay in Anurâdhapura, in a quiet area located in the south of the city. The room was simple but very clean and sufficient for a stay where to spend your day discovering the cultural beauties of this beautiful are of Sri Lanka. The small swimming pool is really a 'plus' to refresh when you come back to the hotel to rest after a long day of discovery! The breakfast and also meals were very good and affordable. We have taken some dinners as it was very convenient to enjoy the hotel in the evening, on the top of the daily breakfasts. The owner and all the people from the hotel had been really very welcoming and help for information and find a car to continue our trip. Thank you again for your well appreciated help! :-)) I can only recommend the Kutumbaya hotel for your stay in Anurâdhapura! All was really very good. I do not have any negative point to highlight

Place was very convenient and located close to Maha maluwa ( Sri maha bodhiya) all the amenities were clean and well maintained . Staff was kind and courteous.

Staff was kind and polite Swimming pool useful. Room was more or less clean. Breakfast is average. Place is nearby a noisy road ( although quiet at night). It does leave an impression of not beeing very clean place despite the effort of the staff.

Really nice & friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. The vibe at the hostel is also great. Good for meeting other travelers as theres a dorm & swimmingpool :) Dorm was a bit small at full capacity and the shower head was broken. But i assume that’s fixed asap. There were two shower-heads so it actually wasn’t an issue. Nonetheless, i would definitely recommend!!

Lovely guesthouse with a swimming pool. The room was excellent with a super comfortable bed and we enjoyed English TV. There was a minibar with soft drinks and snacks which was much appreciated. We were able to walk into the town in 10 minutes which had everything you need. Easy location for all the sights. Nothing

Pool is really nice and big enough. Dorm room has AC with separate toilet and shower Door to dorm is always unlocked but lockers inside are provided

The personnel were always smiley and ready to help (advised us to go to Mihintale for sunset, helped us book a safari at 9:30pm for the next morning) The English breakfast was generous Definitely advise this place Laundry was a bit expensive (1850 rupiahs)

Such a lively place with a great atmosphere. The owner was very kind and gave us a lot us helpful information about what to do in Anuradhapura. Nice restaurant and pool.
