I recently made a booking at New Royal White Tourist Restaurant Hotel through Booking.com and had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite contacting the property beforehand to confirm the reservation, the front desk was unattended when we arrived. After waiting for a considerable time, a staff member finally appeared and apologized, stating they were in the shower. To our shock, we were informed that no rooms were available, even though we showed our confirmed Booking.com reservation. Several other guests were turned away at the same time with the same explanation. The property was messy, disorganized, and clearly unable to manage its bookings responsibly. This experience was incredibly frustrating and left us very upset. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property, as it does not appear to honor reservations or maintain basic standards of professionalism. Nothing.
