Everything! The family was so welcoming, the couple and their three sons were nice and helpful. -

The location was excellent & the hosts were so helpful in organising tuk tuks to the stupas . We felt immediately at home and their three boys were a delight, so smart and aware . Don’t be put off by the humble entrance and stairs it was a real treat staying at Rajata Reach Resort and the room was very clean .

I enjoyed meeting the family, the 3 boys are absolutely brilliant and a joy to be around. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Thanks for a fabulous stay in your little oasis, I appreciate you going above and beyond to help me find the correct bus to Colombo. All the best and sincere gratitude.

In the center if the city. Owner is a very nice person.

Very clean property. The couple that run this are adorable. They welcome you with open arms and take care of you really well. There’s a restaurant called Sorisso next door which is very good. Nothing

Disappointing

Amazing hospitality, such a lovely family! Everything was organised with love I can say that honestly! Very clean place and offering delicious breakfast and dinner. No need for second thoughts, if they have a room, book without looking for anything else!

A great spot to stay in Anuradhapura. Conveniently located with nice and clean facilities. Great breakfast too. The property is run by a lovely family who are able to help with arranging to see the Ancient City.

Wow what a stay!!! One of the best home stays. Super friendly, helpful people, amazing food! Super nice husband and wife welcomed us gave us a delicious welcome juice. They have three precocious sons which were a delight. The best family atmosphere. The room was very clean and plenty of towels. We opted to have breakfast and it was super lovely with lots of local dishes and fresh fruit!! You will love the hospitality of this family and their generous services!!! Highly recommend.++++ :)

Wife cooked me authentic Sri Lankan meals. They have three precocious sons which were a delight. Very nice family atmosphere. Also convenient location. Good value

Super nice husband and wife welcomed us early and gave us a delicious welcome juice. We arrived early and left our luggage. He had a printed map for guests of local attractions that showed both free and paid sights. Per previous reviews, we asked for the double room on the 2nd floor that faces the street. A little traffic noise but we slept without a problem. The room was very clean and plenty of towels. Excellent newer bathroom that has plenty of hot water coming from a rain shower fixture! The bed was one of the most comfy ones during our 5 weeks in SL thus far. There’s a convenient charger and tabletop for your gear. There is also a private sitting area for this room just outside the bedroom door. If we were here for a longer stay, we would have upgraded to the very large family room for only $10/night more. He even gave us a 0530 ride to the train station!! This was great because it was raining. You will love the hospitality of this family and their generous services! Nothing… all great.

Great hosts

Very nice appartment. Clean , comfy beds. Extremely nice owners. Very good breakfast. A bit hard to find as entrance is narrow, but yes, it is the place :). I would come back for sure.

The host family was so friendly and welcoming, breakfast and in particular the dinners were top and they helped with all the excursions we made. Perfect. The street is pretty noisy.

Wow what a stay. One of the best ever home stays. Super friendly, helpful people, amazing food. Helped with booking tours, tuk riks, called people for us. We felt so at home and were super sad to leave That we couldn’t stay longer

Our room was clean and spacious. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The area outside our room definitely needs a coat of paint.

Super friendly owners, very clean, amazing breakfast, good quality bikes for rent and they organise all the trips for you.

The name says "resort" and that is misleading.
