Breakfast included Shared bath- and restrooms. It wasn't a problem but that's not for everyone

Very clean and friendly Thin walls and noisy neighbors especially in the evening, but i guess its normal in Italy :)

Wonderful place, everything was clean, the housekeeper Loukad and hes wife was very hospitality, it was really friendly and i felt like i was home. Also they help me for all my needs. I hope to have the opportunity to visit you again soon. Thank you. Everything was perfect

Room was huge, clean, and comfy bed A small table inside room for breakfast, no communal area for eating. Showers were good and decent quality loo paper Breakfast was satisfactory, ample choice, although fruit wasn't especially fresh. Juice was carton type rather than fresh. Neighbourhood seemed decent and quiet, safe on street parking Not much I didn't like except the location being beneath the flight path for nearby airport which seemed to operate all night

Quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood with lots of free parking, easy walk to the station for day trips to Bologna. Breakfast in the morning was so convenient - in the hall outside the room. Good family restaurant nearby as recommended by the host. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed. The host is very good, communicative, helpful, wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. Faint taint of cigarette smoke in the room

The owner was very kind and waited for us to arrive after midnight. There was a small breakfast included (coffee and croissants, which is nice). Free parking available at the property. 2 big shared bathrooms are available. Outdoor area available (in summer). Very basic room, don't expect more than bed, table with chairs and a coat hanger. Shared bathroom was not mentioned in the listing, I'm OK, but most people want to know this in advance. Breakfast could include some Prosciutto and fresh bread.

Friendly and helpful host! thanks for driving me to the airport at an ungodly hour ☺️✈️ a little noisy, the child next door was knocking on my wall, so I couldn’t rest enough before 11:00 pm. this little thing didn’t spoil the overall positive impression ?

It really felt like home. The room and bathrooms were super clean. The place was quiet and lovely and the owners very friendly. The breakfast could have been much better. Since it's a Bed & Breakfast you expect a full breakfast. Eggs, sandwiches etc.

Spacious, very quiet, close to the train station. Nice host. Fresh fruit for breakfast, otherwise diverse but very basic. Abundant bottled water. Would benefit from some fresh paint on the walls. Thin doors, but the other guests very quiet. Bed too short for a tall (190 cm) person.

Very very friendly man, good contact and communication. If we ever are closeby, would definatly spend another night here. 10/10 service, and low cost.

Clean room in a B&B with several rooms. Perfect for late arrivals when flying into Bologna. The owner is very accommodating. Basic breakfast and water provided. Great price. Clean. Basic room but perfect for a night or two.
