Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very comfortable stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again

Excellent location,modern design,clean and very friendly staff. Wonderful view from our balcony and as a bonus another view from the rooftop . There is no iron and ironing board in the room.

There was a horrible sewerage smell from the bathroom almost all 3 nights to the point where I had to hold my breath to go into the bathroom They fixed it a couple of times but the smell only went away for a few hours

Now I know the manager isn’t there for the guest. She didn’t even apologize. That’s ok, because we transferred to CENTARA AO NANG RESORT, I will never go back to them thefts ever again Manager covered up for her staff stealing from are room. Who knows maybe it was the manager being that she was so quick to defend her staff. So the manager was calling me a lier!

The staff was nice and kind. The pool was pleasant after a long day by the beach, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, near the beach, and with many good restaurant options nearby. The shower was either too warm or too cold. There was no in between. The breakfast didn't have cheese.

This hotel is centrally located with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is minutes away. It also looks like it is a newer, modern looking hotel. It is Immaculately clean and the staff work very hard to keep it that way. They are also very friendly and helpful I gave this hotel 9 stars and not 10 only because the Koko Hostel across the street was so noisy late at night and although most of the noise was blocked by the windows i could still hear some muffled sound. I am a very light sleeper so I use earplugs at night which helped to cancel out the remaining sound. For my husband it was not an issue. There seems to be two sections to the hotel, front and back so if you are a light sleeper maybe it would help to ask for a room in the back. However, everything else about the hotel was truly excellent.

opted out of room service by default, terrible doorless shower which means most of bathroom is wet after a shower, no gym

They sold us a a room with a "King bed" but it was too twins pushed together. Not a king bed. Did not apologize or admit that that is poor and misleading business practice. Did not offer any way to change rooms to give us what we paid for. Bed was also very hard and uncomfortable, only one pillow. If you want more pillows, you pay 50 baht. They also dont change sheets the entire time, even being there an extended time.

The location in Ao nang was good. It was a short walk to the main beach or boat area. The room and hotel was relatively new and the rooms were big. The bed and pillows were super good. I have sensitive back and neck and I had no back/neck issues sleeping here for 4 nights. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed as there were many people due to Chinese new year. I would avoid coming to Ao nang during Chinese new year time as it's crazy busy.

We were here 2nd time, very good location, near to everything we needed, clean rooms. When we’ll come next time, we’ll use this hotel again.

The location was absolutely perfect. So convenient to the main road, close the beach, shopping, restaurants, yet up a quiet side street. The room and balcony o er looking the backside, (at our request), was very relaxing! The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. There is also a fantastic and popular restaurant right outside the front door. We ate many meals there! I don’t have any negative thing to say. We would stay there again, and hope to do so someday.

Hotel is basically in a perfect location. Away from the main street and all the noise, but just close enough that we can walk anywhere. Room was clean, beds were VERY comfortable, staff was nice. Price was appropriate Breakfast lacked some variety, for example no iogurt, cheese or bacon. But overall it's a decent breakfast.

Everything from the view to the location and the staff was great. Always having a smile on their face. People like these make trips.
