We liked the location, it was near many things (restaurants, stores, tuk tuk stops, etc). We also enjoyed the pool, particularly the kids after the day out around Krabi. Beds were also comfy and rooms were spacious.

Was a good location and close to all amenities. Pool was fantastic. Once we got moved to a room with two beds the stay was much better. At first when we booked in was told that we had to share a bed. It took a couple of days to change rooms but the staff did work to get it done. The first room seemed to be very hot even when the AC was on. Having to share a bed with my 21 year old son.

The location was amazing, close to the main street, amazing views The room was dirty, a lot of dust, mold on the shower curtain. Elevator broke while we were inside, no safe

Location is great. There are plenty cheap restaurants around. 20 mins walk to the beach. Nice quiet area. Staff ignored our complaints about water drops from air condition. That led to big puddle on the table. Seems they they don’t care about the hotel at all.

The property was clean and the bed was comfy. Check in was easy with no need to leave a deposit like in some hotels. It was a little further from the main part of Ao Nang than we had expected. Restaurants and a 7/11 nearby though. There was no room safe (we didn’t notice this in the room description)

Absolutely everything! Huge room, nice staff, lovely view from the balcony, big bathroom, pool clean with an amazing view, great location, such good value for money I can’t believe house cheap it was! We will visit again next time we’re in Krabi. They also have free tea and coffee, free sweets, and free toast in reception for you☺️ Nothing!

Location and price Service from front desk. Been a regular guest for almost 8 years, stay at Miti 4 times. Ever since Ms Sureeporn passed away, the service is lousy. I try to book another room. Front desk reply, ask me go FB to book, i reserve then they made me do TT immediate transfer if not no booking. Booking.com only need me to pay upon arrival. In the end i book another room using Agoda. Ask for free late check out at 12pm instead of 1130am for 1 room. Sadly, Staff start to list down deluxe room will charge me extra thb1000 for 30 mins, deluxe pool view thb1200. I find it very ridiculous. They have no customer service.. The hotel also need some TLC. Pretty run down, aircon in 204;is not cold. Both 201 & 204, the bathroom dont drain well during shower... Broken cupboard that doors cant be slides. Recommendations: i will consider other places from now on. Miti is no longer is my "to stay" list. However if u are on budget n book at last minute, Miti is still worth consideration as location is good. Centralized n yet far from noisy road, 100m from 7-11 etc. As long as you dont ask for service from the staff on night duty.

Hotel was nice, in a quiet place far away from beach. Beach is only 20 mins walk. They have a all the amenities, a traveler looks for. Toilet drainage system is pretty poor.

The hotel is not in the main street, so less noise at night time. They clean a room every day. A pack of hungry dogs comes close to the hotel every night and sleeps in the street. They sometimes attack people and passing motorbikes. It was very stressful for me to go back to the hotel every time. The furniture in the rooms is old, the curtains are torn (they changed them at my request). About 25 minutes' walk from the sea. TV shows just 2 channels (one Word news, another Thai).

The location was close enough to all restaurants within walking distance. The pool was awesome. I initially booked 3 nights which was fine but on the last night we had no hot water in our shower. As we were going to be doing a diving excursion, I wanted to extend my stay by 2 nights. On the day I needed to “check out” there was no receptionist on duty as she was only coming to work at 10.00am. (!?) So I had to check out with “house keeping” then “check in again” on Bookings.com to extend my stay which actually cost me more, and then house keeping did not inform front of house managers that we had no hot water in our room. Maintenance tried to resolve the issue but infact it was no better, they switched a shower unit from another room to ours and we ended up with not water pressure at all- eventually I thought - I couldn’t be bothered! My overall opinion- not a good experience.
