My room was clean and functional. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was really great with lots of variety. Unfortunately, the WiFi wasn’t satisfactory. It’s 2026! There’s no gym.

Airport taxi, Pool towels with deposit second room key card with deposit Fantastic location for bars, restaurants, both beaches, might markets and 7. 11s Off the main road so overall a quiet location. Nothing to dislike, didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment

All good. Staff did not book tours but referred us to a tourist across the street. Sad to leave. 5 nights out of our 41 day Thailand vacation. Most expensive but best hotel. I give it 4 stars.

Great location, friendly staff, responsive when toilet needed repair, comfy beds and pillows. I was surprised how quiet the room was at night, considering how noisy the street life is during the daytime. 2 bottles of water included in each day. Close - walking distance to multiple shops, 7-11, night market and harbor to get rides to islands. Could use some updates

It’s not a quiet street, there’s karaoke Infront, the rooms are so thin I could hear the guest next to mine snoring.

Everything was perfect. The location, the hotel, the size of the room was HUGE. I regret staying less in this hotel as i was not aware of this hotel earlier when i came to Krabi. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. !!
