Ambience was good. Staff was not at all supportive. They even blamed us for stealing the towel, which we didn't. We asked few queries regarding shuttle, pool, staff arrogantly replied every time with unsatisfactory answers.

Beware- the staff said that their credit card machine had an issue and charged us three times for our accommodation. This was two weeks ago and they have still not reversed the charges from our credit card. Huge hassle- avoid booking Jungle Village! Improper charges on our credit card for the stay!

The apartment was a good size and kept clean We had a problem with our fridge freezer and when we spoke to the owner she was quite rude to my wife and asked us to leave on New year's Eve,we did leave on New year's Day, every other member of staff we couldn't fault they were great and very helpful. The owner should step down or get people skills as she has none.

Very clean facilities. Very spacious room. Staff was eager to respond and resolve any issues. Our A/C was not working in our room when we first got there, a staff member came over right away to try to fix it, we were moved to a new room right away. Our room was close to the street which could have high traffic on some nights.

Big rooms with fairly nice pools, a villa Type resort run by local family. But a little far from the beach but quiet and there's also kitchens in many of the villas, the price and value are fair, but the staff could need a little bit of training on how to deal with the customer. This is a bungalow and villas style resort. It's about 10 minutes from the Main Beach area, so a little further than many other properties. But if that is not a real big deal for you, because the value in price. The sad thing is the rooms are fairly nice a little dated, but when I was there just to call and ask a question about my booking. The staff seem like they didn't have time for me and then the lady even after I asked her if she understood my English. She basically indirectly told me to be quiet and was very unprofessional and seemed like she didn't have time for me at the end of the day, if you feel like you're having a negative experience and you don't want to stay at that place too long I wanted to. Stay there longer day. But just keep in mind that this is a family run business.And in some cases, they see a lot of people come and go, and they don't want to do much for you, except take your money. It seemed like other people also that were staying there longer than me, said that they'd had some problems off and on with different staff. Or maybe family, I'm not really sure if the family was directly involved with the management or not, but if you want to stay there, the villas are fairly nice and it's a Fairly quiet place. Also, when you have a kitchen in a refrigerator freezer and you bought you, you paid for a room for that reason? And then they make you cut the electric off, and they threaten a fee. If they the key was separated from the fob there might be fee per day, then that basically that depletes the purpose of having a kitchen, if you can't keep things in the refrigerator plus your room when you come back, will be really hot.And thailand is a hot place, so to me, that's inconvenient. But because of the negative experience that I had, I moved on it might not stay again.
