Nothing too serious but it would be better if they have elevators. Lighting for the room is a little too dim for my liking.

The hotel was conveniently located across from a 7/11 and currency exchange. This was the perfect stay for someone looking to experience a little humble luxury while saving big! I would highly recommend it. The AC was a bit loud in the room so I could see that bothering someone, but it honestly sounded like rain pitter-pattering on the machine so it was okay by me!

Staff were friendly WiFi non existent and television very old with poor picture and few channels.

The location is excellent and the room was reasonable. The breakfast had a small selection but it was fine. The lack of lift is an issue and this should be made very clear when booking. The staff were very uninterested in attending to customers at check in, breakfast and checkout. The pool area was disgraceful. No towels available and very dirty and untidy - this could be a lovely space if given a bit of care, if there were pool towels and there was a bar.

Some third floor rooms have a second story with balcony. The pool is nice. Breakfast was decent. Very kind and helpful staff! No elevator is rough after a long day of activities. The rooms and balconies could use more chairs.

Liked location, staff is super polite, they help us to arrange day trips for us. Massage SPA at hotel is very good. Pool is decent. Italian restaurant adjacent to hotel lobby is really nice. Hotel is older and requires some refreshing, however rooms are clean, AC is good. Breakfast could have more choices, it is very basic. No elevator available, room was on 3rd level, however staff carried our luggage to the room.

The architecture of the place is nice Its far from the beach I mean you dont think 10 minutes walk is far unless you know the heat in here

Staff was friendly & helpful. Location was good Very "tired" hotel,way beyond its prime. If you want a clean place to lay your head, this will do. But for a little more, you can do WAY better in the area! I planned to stay 3 nights & stayed 1.
