The hotel was nice, the room is big and the bathroom is huge. The pool was great. The staff was so not friendly, I’ve been to hotels for enough time in my life to know what I’m supposed to be getting from staff and they were rude for a lot of the time. The gym was awful

Very nice location. Big pool. Decent room with comfortable bed and cofi kettle and balcony. Despite being very central it was quiet during d nite. The pool was a bit "milky" when i was there but still enjoyable i only saw it because i use a swim goggle.

Rooms, cafe, pool area are all lovely. Very friendly staff. WiFi is really poor, kept having to switch to phone data to get anything to load. Only 2 lifts which sometimes means you have to wait a while.

Property was very clean & comfortable. It was very conveniently located to the beach and major restaurants/attractions. The pool was perfect for the warm afternoons. The staff were always ready to help and went out of their way to assist us in keeping the same room when we decided to add an extra night to our stay so we didnt have to pack up our stuff, we very much appreciated this! My only feedback would be that it’d be nice to be able to bring the pool towels up to the room so i could keep it wrapped around me when walking through the hotel, but this is a minor mention

It is near Ao Nang beach, can walk around 5minutes ish and so many restaurants around there. They also provide beach bag inside the room and has service to rent beach towel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We requested to decorate our room for honeymoon and they did, gave as snacks as welcome gift. small thing : they did not provide any hotel sandals

Location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. We had a toilet let that wasn’t fixed. We were ignored completely about it. Nothing else was offered.

There is no toothbrush, no bathrobe and no bathroom slippers , the basic stuff also the room wasn’t well cleaned and the bed as well

I was here 2 years ago, I felt this time around the upkeep of the hotel was not as good as before in particular housekeeping. Numerous times tissues and toiletries were not replenished.

The staff was amazing. Any issue was resolved immediately. Great design, decorated nicely, the ac worked great. We had a 1st floor that opened to the balcony next to the pool. We had our own stairs into the pool. The restaurant had outdoor seating to watch the street and listen to music while we dined. I was not a fan of the gigantic fence that was being built. Not sure what it is for. I would say the room could use some maintenance updates(painting in areas, recaulking in shower, updated clothes storage)

Location … perfect The hotel and its facilities are outdated and not clean, and several areas require maintenance. There were ants in our room, which was unacceptable. The staff were not friendly, especially at the front desk, and they refused to arrange an anniversary room setup. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay. Considering the high amount we paid, the experience did not reflect the value received.

The location is central It’s an old hotel, the facilities are not up to date. AC is not working properly and makes a lot of noise making it hard to sleep. The cleaners only pass to clean the room after 3 pm, which means the room stays unclean for almost all day. It’s quite difficult to communicate with the front desk, as they barely speak English. Quite surprising for “4 stars” hotel. On the day of the checkout the reception called us 3 times in the morning to make sure we are leaving by 12 pm and they mentioned that if we stay any additional minutes we will be charged - not really customer friendly hotel.

Location was great. By the main road, 5 min walk to the beach and long tail boat access. Plenty of food places within steps. By a 7-11 and money changers and tour kiosks The place needs better up keep. Hallways need regular cleaning, bathroom seem to have mold, the lobby furniture needs an update. This is my 3rd time here ,as I love the location but lobby needs an update and during summer the lobby gets really hot even with open doors .
