I didn’t live anywhere about this place Do not stay here. I’m giving one star only because I can’t give less. It’s extremely disappointing that this place is even listed. The photos are completely misleading — what you see online is not what you get (at least not anymore). Everything feels run-down and poorly maintained. The biggest issue is cleanliness. The entire place is extremely dirty, messy, and has an unpleasant smell. It felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave and find another place to stay. The showers were in terrible condition — rusty, dirty, and clearly not properly maintained. Overall, this was a very unacceptable experience and I would not recommend staying here

Friendly, helpful staff. Location pretty good, plenty of shops, restaurants and tour desks nearby and only about 15 minutes walk to the beach. Nice lounge area inside with free instant coffee and tea. Nice outdoor seating on the sidewalk. 3 showers, 3 toilets and 3 sinks for 12 people seemed to be more than sufficient since we weren't all on the same schedule. Exchange for fresh towels anytime you want; new linens on request. Each bunk has its own shelf, power outlet and large foot locker. Bathrooms did not look or smell clean. Sink design, with only sloped surfaces so you couldn't put anything on it, was annoying. Walls very thin, I could hear the phone in the next room *vibrating*, not just ringing. Very noisy: people spamming toilet sets, and toilet/shower stall doors, yelling in the hallway at all hours of the night. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallway/bathroom at times. Fans in rooms and bathroom had mechanical problems, either clicked or rattled on certain settings. Ceiling light in room very dim, though that may have been intentional. The window was padlocked shut, did not seem safe in case of emergency. No tables, chairs or other surfaces in the room other than the beds and tiny shelves.

So nearly a decent hostel! The showers, toilets, and common area are all good for the money. Good AC and lots of big fans throughout the building. The location is great only a short walk to Ao Nang beach. Staff in particular were really nice and helpful. 2 big things that let it down - main one being the bed! Super uncomfortable and not just hard like usual Thai standards. A shame but really didn’t get any sleep. Might be okay if you are light but I weigh like 85 kg and the mattress was super thin and super solid so it sucked. Second is noise, it is a bit of a party hostel (tbf it is on the main strip in Ao Nang so dunno how I didn’t work this out) but they have music going outside til late at night and the road is very noisy, also it is across the road from a mosque so woken up at 5am every day by call to prayer even tho I had decent earplugs in.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean place and at a good distance from the main areas. Honey and Tom were very very helpful. Nothing , everything was good.

Friendly stuff give us exactly the number we wanted. The light in the room was not very comfortable, it would be cool to have side light near the bed. There is the mosque near the hotel, and muezzin song loudly in the morning, maybe for some one it can be the problem, but actually in my opinion the neighbourhoud of soch beautiful ciltural place is only the plus.

Very chilled vibes, clean rooms & showers. Good location (about 15 mins from the beach). They can arrange day trips & taxis. Tea and coffee area downstairs was nice. Good amount of storage space for bags in your room (with possibility to lock it) as well as a good privacy curtain. The beds aren't the most comfortable, but it's not the end of the world. Also some of the other girls said their plug sockets next to their beds didn't work, but there is a communal one in the middle of the room.
