The bed was comfortable and the courtyard was well maintained The rooster started making noise as early as 4 am every day and the staff fully turned off our AC when we were out, so we came back to our room over 80 degrees.

Lovely space and comfortable room. Staff was very accommodating and helpful, noticed I was limping and brought me an ice pack, and helped us arrange a motorbike rental with delivery and pickup on property. Wish we had stayed longer!

Clean rooms No service provided, there is nobody available in front desk, little far from beach and grab aren't available

Our rooms has the bed on the top, accessed by a rickety flight of stairs, which felt very risky to climb especially during the night if you had to go to the bathroom. The bathroom is also not very spacious and the shower heads definitely need an upgrade as it was very feeble and the water pressure was too low. Also beware if you are scared of cats, the property has a number of pet cats who will enter your room.

Very clean and quiet house. A bit away from the busy town. Rent a scooter then you will be fine. Host is very helpful and nice.

A wonderful place with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. We also enjoyed the yoga, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended!

The location is a bit further away from the shops and cafes, so you need to take a Grab or a bike.

Very beautiful and peaceful place. Modern looking and comfortable. Nothing. Everything was great. We liked that it was more peaceful and quiet than the city while still being a close few minutes away.

I loved this property so much. I have been travelling SEA for 5 weeks and this was my favourite stay to date! It was serene and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy Ao Nang. The decor of the room was beautiful, the beds were so so comfortable and it was immaculate clean. It is just a 10 minute grab/bolt to Ao Nang Landmark Market and Ao Nang Beach. There are a couple restaurants around, my favourite was Yim Restaurant. The staff were amazing at third place hometel, I felt I was at home, especially with the kitties who would come and say hello to you in the morning and evening. The yoga facilities were also exceptional, I finished my stay with a morning Yin Yoga class and it was WOW! The only problem I had was I wish I was staying here longer than two nights. If I come back to Ao Nang, I will definitely be staying here and I’ll stay longer. Thank you to everyone at third place hometel.

Very clean facilities overall, very comfortable rooms and very spacious. Check in was simple and there were some nice restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Didn’t partake in the yoga classes but they looked great Water and shower gel / shampoo provided daily Super comfy bed and air con in the living room part and the bedroom which kept the room lovely and cool WhatsApp number provided to speak to staff if you couldn’t see anyone around Location (as advertised) is a bit on the outskirts of ao nang (10 min drive or 90 minute walk)- would recommend if you have a scooter or similar (as we had to get taxis back and forth) A bar / cafe or facilities to get drinks would have been useful as there wasn’t much on the doorstep Facilities weren’t the most sound proof so could hear the rooster through the walls & a gong to start the yoga at 9am every day
