Its decent. Not too bad. Need a vehicle to see the town. The toilet flush doesnt work sometimes. The shower pressure was low at times. The aircon is so slow to fill the air with cold.

The room was spacious and clean. It was as stated - peaceful and secluded. It was too far from the city center. I walked(30 mins)or got Grabs each time went to a gym or the beach.

The property is a tranquil spot with lots of plants and cute dogs! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed everything!

It would be amazing if there was a swimming pool.

Start a secluded, but not far from everything. The owner is amazing. Nothing.

The breakfast and facility were great the distance to the main beach needed a taxi, and the problem is that many of the Grab drivers are canceling the ride when for some reasons (as they are the cheaper alternative to Bold in that area).

The staff were amazing and very helpful. Mikayla, the main manager, went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable during my long stay. He provided me with extra help when I needed it most.

A pleasant, simple, and very basic place that totally met expectations. The shower was a bit tight, but the staff were lovely and helpful. For a one-night stay, it served its purpose perfectly

This place checked all the boxes - quiet location, good breakfast, exceptional hospitality, friendly staff, and comfortable (not typical SEA firm) mattress. The bathroom was modern and the space was a perfect size for one or two people. Air conditioning was efficient. I will 100% book again when I return to Ao Nang, and would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a calm place not far out of town. Breakfast (veggie fried rice with egg) was tasty, but could be spicier.

For me, this was exceptional all around. Most of all, the helpful staff and I really liked the breakfast

Nothing It looks nothing like the pictures! The grass is not taken cared of, the garden table and chairs are completely dirty you cannot use them and it was full of ants. The room is very basic, and old. the toilet is very small and it’s also with the shower. The bed was old and not comfortable. I left 5 minutes after seeing the place and they didn’t want to give my money back. I find this a real scam.

The room was a bit small.
