Breakfast could be better. Very limited.

Exceptionally clean, beautifully built and furnished. The staff treated us like family and no ask was too much. The on site food was quite good. The location had wonderful views of the village below which was a short walk away. We can’t say enough about how enjoyable our stay was! Not one thing to complain about.

The pool closes at 7 pm You cannot leave the power on in the room while away so you always returned to a hot room

Location in Apollonia was fantastic. Walking distance from everything. We stayed in separate villa with private hot tub and well worth the extra money. Very clean and comfortable, they clean daily and breakfast included. Pool is gorgeous and view.

The facilities for the units with private hot tub are across the street from the main hotel. The interiors are spacious and beautiful. The hot tub is nice although we would’ve liked it a little hotter. We didn’t like the breakfast. None of the food was really hot and it was exactly the same for all three days. We expected much more from this caliber of property. Additionally, they charge for espresso and cappuccinos, which seems ridiculous. Every other place we stayed they were included and many offered cooked to order breakfasts..

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel truly welcome. The thoughtful gift at the end of our stay was such a lovely surprise and highly appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Beautiful suites with ocean views, pool/restaurant area was refined comfort! Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed lunch & drinks poolside too. The hotel has a sweet path into the town. Quiet. We liked everything!

Great buffet breakfast. Good variety and the chef was happy to make something to cater for our dietry needs.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool area is very relaxing, the perfect place to sunbathe and read with a lovely view of Apollonia. The hotel grounds are beautiful and feel very new. The rooms are well decorated and the bathrooms are nice. Breakfast was buffet style and overall nothing special (eggs taste very bland). I ended up eating breakfast out towards the end of my stay as I was not looking froward to eating at the hotel. I would highly recommend that the hotel pivots to serving guests individual breakfasts (made to order) that are tastier and are more sustainable as they avoid the food waste of the buffet model. They DO NOT offer laundry service. When I made the reservation I asked the hotel if they had a laundry service and they emailed me back saying yes they did. It was until I checked into the hotel that I found out they actually did not offer this and their explanation for having given me false information was that the person that responded my email worked from another office so they did not have updated information. The front desk person ended up referring me to a local laundry place that was a 25 min walk away, I asked if it was safe to walk and she said yes. I walked there but did not find it safe at all as you are mainly walking on a main windy road that has no pedestrian side walk so I had to be extremely cautious. I would only recommend driving there. My room felt clean but was not spotless, I found hairs on the floor so sweeping should be improved. The patio of my room was also not clean. The TV in the room is basically useless for foreigners as it only has local Greek channels - it is not a smart TV so no streaming services.

Private hot tub suite was lovely. Everyone on the staff was absolutely wonderful. Great dinners. Good location.

Nival is a fantastic hotel and the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly and told us all the best spots to visit on arrival. The location was great. It is on the edge of Apollonia which is the central point for getting anywhere on the island. Sifnos is a beautiful island with many different spots to visit and plenty to keep one busy. Gorgeous pool with a stunning view and beautiful also at night. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The suite we had overlooked the whole of Apollonia and was very comfortable with everything we needed (definitely go for a room with a view). The noise from the busy road but you couldn't hear it whilst by the pool as they always played soft music.

Stunning views! Wonderful staff, great service by the pool above and beyond. Generous with beach and bath towels and excellent laundry service. Great location for walking to Apollonia and to great walking trails I wish there had been a true functional kitchen as they served breakfast and pool snacks. Irritating to be charged for cappuccino or espresso at breakfast No workout facilities
