Got there. Was very messy and smelled very bad. Pictures are not of the same hotel, if they were it was from 20 years ago. Asked to leave as soon as I got there. They said yes but you havent credited my money back yet.

Exceptional

I could not mention one positive things about this property. The pictures online of this hotel were deceiving! Very outdated & Cleanliness was very low for this hotel. A minute of walking in the room’s carpet with white socks resulted in dark brown socks from the bottom, furniture is not only outdated which is truly not a big issue but it becomes an issue when it is apparent they are chipped, scratched and just due for a replacement. The whole place also has an unpleasant smell that they try and mask with some sort of cleaning product but once you arrive to your room is very apparent . The pool is also not kept very well, the floor around the pool was puddled with water as it seems the drains on the floor are clogged and don’t serve there function. We brought up our un-satisfaction to the front desk lady and we were told she would see what she could do but first she had to check with her manager and would be calling us with a response; well we never heard back from her. Would not recommend and we will not be back.

Our room had a clogged toilet when we arrive, so they switched us right to another room. There’s hotel decor is dated, but seemed clean enough. There’s construction nearby (July 2026), but it didn’t cause delays for us. The beds were very comfortable.

Did not do breakfast Our room had no coffee pot, but did have ingredients to make coffee. We did alert the front desk of the missing pot but no new one showed up.

This is a middling hotel brand. The room layout was very odd with a front windowless room with fluorescent bulbs at the desk. The bathroom was showing its age. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked!

The location is great. Its a very worn out building.

Ice machine area smelled of urine, dirty sheets were on a luggage cart outside of the room in our hallway. Informed front desk they never removed them. Someone moved them to the elevator area. Elevator sounds like its going to break and wasn'tvery clean. , staff was rude at pool closing time for kids, when clearly we were the only ones using pool area with another couple that had kids.

Good hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

The room was very nice but the carpet in the hallway was very dirty.

Our room smelled very badly of smoke. We had to go ask for a room spray. The hotel was pretty run down. Our bathroom had a drop ceiling with stained ceiling tiles. We had no soap in our bathroom - had to go ask for it.

Good breakfast Staff was rude. Hotel smelled so bad it actually made me ill
