It was very dog friendly and they could run around in the open areas to play and do their business. The staff loved the dogs too. The beds we ok.

Secure gated property with nice gardens. Not too far from Rome and is in a handy location for the places we wanted to see - Caserta, Gaeta, Sperlonga. Quiet location despite being right alongside the Rome-Naples motorway. Friendly owner and staff. Breakfast was good for what it was - an Italian cake and coffee affair which can get a bit repetitive. No dinner option available and Aquino is a small town with limited dining options.

The landlady is very nice although it’s a bit difficult since she did not speak English. There is histories for the house and the courtyard is very countryside. Close to highway. We called and tried several times to have the landlady to open the gate fore us during night time. And the towels were dated. Glasses could not be found. Breakfast served was all kinds of homemade desserts which the Landlady said it was traditional Italian breakfast. No eggs or meats. After request, 2 little sausages were provided.

We had a studio with a small kitchenette, very basic equipment (no kettle) and a fridge/freezer. Ensuite shower was good, and the room was in pretty gardens with parking outside the door. Traditional Italian breakfast - buffet of home-baked fruit tarts, cakes and pastries. Property is not far from the hill village of Castrocielo, and a Roman archaeological site being excavated at Aquinum, for those who like to explore. The bed seemed hard, and my partner is tall so it was a bit short for comfort. Plenty of pillows though, and good air conditioning. The noise from the road was noticeable, but we got used to it.

Very nice and authentic place with, super cozy garden, a very hospitable owner. It felt like we were visiting our grandmother, we were very welcome. Would definitely come back!

Easy to park outside our room. Plenty of green space. Lovely welcome from a very helpful host. Our dog was welcome and we didnt have to pay extra. Although the motorway runs straight past we didn’t hear noise but bizarrely all the outside lights were left on all night and it made it difficult to sleep. It would be helpful if the owners actually stayed in the room for a few nights. The kitchen was dreadful and thankfully we went out for a meal as it would have been difficult to cook dinner. The cutlery and crockery were haphazard in the cupboard. No wine glasses or decent sized cup to have a hot drink. We didn’t like the heavy metal bars over the windows. Breakfast consisted of cake, very nice cake, but nothing else to eat. A bit of a sickly way to start your day.

We stopped for one night only because we were on the way from our vacation. We loved the way the owners welcomed us and looked after us. We felt very welcome. It is nice and cosy place. Thank you. There was nothing.

the Room was lovely and large with wonderful clean fresh linens and towels. The breakfast had lots of choice and the hostess was very helpful. The location was a little close to the motor way- with some little back ground noise- but being close to the motor way is also a good thing! The shower hose was rather loos e and leaking - but that may well have been caused by the previous guest- as everything else was very well maintained.

One of the beds was a bit unconfy.
