Near fishing, clean room, friendly staff, good parking space. Nothing, breakfast is grab and go snacks and fruit, coffee and juice and cereal but that's ok, it was priced right.

Room smell like wet mold due to the a c leaking also had to get a fan because a c was not working properly.

The room were decent, hallways and stairs could be vacuumed and or swept.

We have stayed here before and it was great but this last we stayed it was okay. Check in was fine. We did get a room with a door for outside but it didnt work so that was a bummer. The room was clean along with the bathroom for our first 2 nights. The main hallway needed some cleaning, lots of stuff on the floor. Needed a good sweeping. The day we were checking out there was a small roach in the bathroom on the wall up high. The outside on the side door we went out jad two mattresses that were in the way of walking with our beach cart but we managed.Other than that it was a comfee stay and we would stay here again.

Only one that had an opening at the time. There was black mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. The locks did not work on the doors had to put a chair against the door. Continental breakfast included breakfast bars, toast, and cereal.

Place was clean but our room smelled like mold and the really need to step up on their breakfast, only had cereal, fruit, muffins and orange juice. Definitely won't ever stay there again. Sorry!

So I had stayed at this place and the staff is friendly. However the hotel smell like there is mold in the room when you turn the a/c on. Beds outside the building, dead roaches. Ppl arguing at 2am or 4am. Walls are very thin and can hear everything. Got sick, starting having running noise. Will not stay at this location again!

The staff was friendly. The first room I was put into had black mold in the shower, a broken window, and zero soap. The second room was cleaner but still had stains on the bedding, only one lamp worked, and the floors were not very clean.
