There are enough bathrooms for a big group and it's very convenient. The pool is clean and big enough. The host was amazing and responded for every request very quickly.

Everything was perfect! Villa has really good design and quality We especially liked the bathrooms and beds. The common room was also super comfortable and cozy It has a nice barbecue zone We were able to check in an check out ourselves The host was awesome, very easy going, friendly and helpful. Moreover, we forgot our phone and the host went to bus station and send the phone to Antalya with the bus driver and paid from his pocket for delivery. It was awesome and unexpected. We really enjoyed the place It would be nice to have more cutting boards, and wooden spatulas for frying pans

It's an absolute gem - a very cute house that's super convenient and filled with thoughtful details. The cleanliness and organization were top-notch, reflecting the hosts' wonderful personality and warmth. Staying here felt like much more than just finding a place to stay; it was a genuine and delightful experience that I absolutely loved!

The villa is very spacious and would sleep 8 very comfortably, the pool was lovely and very well kept. Overall it is a very nice villa but with a little bit more care and thought could be a fantastic villa. Overall the villa was very nice and timur, our host was very pleasant and responsive. But the villa was in need of a good clean, it may be because we were the first visitors of the season, I will say he only had 1 days notice to prepare the villa but it still should have been cleaner. all of the kitchen cupboards smelt damp, the microwave still had remnants of food inside, as did the oven. The garden was in need of attention and tidying up. Its in a fairly quiet village about 15min drive to town, which suited us but if you are after bars and nightlife this may not be the villa for you.

The place is just amazing. Timur, the owner of the villa is a really nice guy and willing always to help if you may need anything. It was a great decision to book the villa, just 15 minute from Kas with car and just 5 minutes from Büyükçakıl beach, a place I recommend to visit see the sunset. You can reach the city of Kalkan in just 30 minutes and the famous beach of Kaputas in 20 ... just amazing location. At night we were grilling and having fun at the swimming pool, the nights were quiet and we were able to sleep really good. The villa has 4 rooms each one with its own bathroom ... extremely comfortable for family vacations. It is big enough to have your own privacy if you want to rest alone. We recommend to have a traditional Turkish breakfast "The Olive Garden" a place really near to the villa, the location, ambience and food was just outstanding. Absolutely recommended. We will come back!!! We had some minor issues to access because the road is in construction and at some moments were blocked with heavy machines working. But nothing related with the experience of the villa. Once the road will be finish the access to the main road will be fast and smooth.

Excellent communication with the host who was very helpful from every angle. Excellent location for coastal and mountain walks and visiting the ancient towns (only if you feel comfortable to drive on a serpentine mountain road). One bathroom per one bedroom. The villa is slightly worn out – some refurbishment could be helpful.

House was beautiful, modern and clean. Rooms were large, beds were comfortable. The host was easy to get a hold of, communication was fast and he was very helpful and gave great advice. Location was a bit out of the way, 15 min drive into Kas, no grocery stores close by.

This really is a lovely villa, well located close to Kaş and to the beach. The four bedrooms are spacious and well fitted. The pool is in great condition. Our host Timur was awesome...providing recommendations for bars, restaurants and local excursions. We'll be back!
