good food, nice pool. nice staff. pizza was good in the restaurant. the room was never cleaned in our four nights stay, we asked for new towels that we did not get. a bit difficult to get in and out of the shower because of the screen. we had no toilet paper after day 1. we only got water to drink for lunch, from tap, and it did not taste good, and i got stomach trouble from it. there was no coffee or juice for lunch and dinner. the hotell is not a five star hotell, as the rooms are old and the bath rooms could need an upgrade. i would say this is a 3 plus.

The walk to the beach Overpriced tired looking we were charged for facilities an extra €120 euros per room which is shocking as we hardly used facilities also towels were charged if you wanted them as well as paying service if you wanted to reserve a sunbed there was another charge Entertainment was appalling

location nearby the beach service at beach restaurant Extra for swimming pool was not specified and most quiet one was not very clean Food was outrageously expensive and much lower quality than what you can have everywhere around. Breakfast really poor and without any gluten free products. Horse riding people are not very friendly and open to offer solutions adapted to inexpert kids

Loved the pool area, a lot of activities including water aerobics, bar, very friendly staff and grounds very well kept and green. We were able to check in early without a problem. Room was very clean. Pool could have been a bit more clean.

The resort is really good, nice swimming pools and gardens. Rooms are a good size, staff was nice and the resort is pet friendly. We were really scare for some comments we read but the place is pretty. Is true that the buffet( dinner and breakfast) is not worth the money, really poor in options and quality. Also, we booked a horse ride and instructors are a bit annoyed with first timers, making the experience not as enjoyable as it could be.

The resort has it all. Different kind of restaurants, a beach, swimming pool, tennis/ soccer field. Breakfast is every day the same. Our room was cleaned daily, but twice we found the door left open after coming back. Towels and bedsheets were changed every once in a while (sand was found in bed for several nights). Hairdryer very old fashioned. The pictures of the room are different then they actually are. Overall our stay was nice as we’ve been out a lot and there is much to do at the resort itself. Only it was not up to standard for the price they ask.
