The Townhouse Hotel

Good breakfast and in a good location Room was rather noisy from seagulls and ear plugs were supplied with room

This hotel really looks after cyclists, you're warmly greeted and it's easy to store your bikes off the street. The rooms are comfortable and I slept well.

Staff are excellent. They are pleasant and very helpful. They remembered us from.previous visits. The food is good too. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The situation of the hotel is very central. The room was very comfortable but could benefit from a few additions eg tumblers in the bathroom. Had to use tea cups to have a drink of water. Bath sheets instead of bath towels. A few more drawers would be handy rather than leaving things in a suitcase.

The room was a good size. It had tea and coffee making facilities . The staff were lovely and very helpful. Bed was comfy and the location is great to explore. The car park just around from the hotel is also free which was great. We had some lovely cocktails in the bar and then in the morning paid for the breakfast which was really good value and tasty. There was no air conditioning and the window barely opened which given the heat the last few weeks made it very uncomfortable, however I asked for a fan and the staff brought one straight up for us which was really good. The bathroom had some rusting in places.

Location spot on . No sleep because of the seagulls a nightmare, so the location was spot on. But due to the nose from the gulls not stopping there again .

From the onset all the staff was so lovely, friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay which was for a family funeral. They couldn't have been kinder. The breakfasts were very good value and to be recommended. The offer of £5 cocktails made it even more special , and that's from a Yorkshire person xx The rooms were perfectly clean but just a little smaller than expected.

The room was in the center close to the sea, there was also a restaurant with good food and a bar. Staff was very friendly. It was very noisy, with the windows open there was a loud ventilation, probably from the kitchen? You could hear the people from other rooms or above walking half the night, and the old floor creaking.

Staff were very friendly and efficient, a lovely welcome on arrival and the breakfast team and cleaner were so helpful. Great location and clean and tidy hotel A few doors were noisy outside the bedrooms when people didn't bother to close them quietly (maybe self closers need looking at ?)

Staff very pleasant and a good location Beds to small and creeked everytime you moved, assumed the rate included breakfast (should have checked my fault) Furniture all ring marks from drinking in the rooms, and for the love of God Kull the seagulls 4am !

The staff were sooo lovely and the food in the bar was delicious and the cocktails were delicious. Bed was super comfy, lovely quiet room
