InTown Suites Extended Stay Arlington TX - Six Flags

I travel for my sales job and I stay in a lot of extended stays across the country and this was by far my worst experience. First the manager made checking in a nightmare because the company I work for pays for my stays, they book it online. Then, they did they not provide any utensils to go with the kitchenette that I paid for. Why give me a two burner stove but no pots pans or silverware to cook with. But I could get past that part. But when I woke up on the sixth of my 15 day stay, the ceiling to my bathroom was on my floor. Entire structural collapse. So, I immediately called the maintenance man to come look and he told me that when the manager gets in she’ll just transfer me rooms. So I went to work. Several hours later, because she’s the only manager at this location and only works 11 to 7, she calls me and I’m expecting to hear what room I’m being transferred to. But no, she tells me that they’re putting the damage on me because I failed to report a leak and were evicting me the next morning and said she would “work” on getting me a refund. She was rude and nasty. And gave no solutions. Every other room was “booked” and she had no authority to transfer me locations for the time that was paid for. I will never stay at an intown suites again. This manager needs to be fired! This interrupted my work and caused so much stress. Very disappointed.

Location was nice. I felt safe, even with small children. Room was very humid. I had to purchase a dehumidifier. Housekeeping could have been better before and during stay.

The lady read off the rules and regulations so fast it was impossible to comprehend plus, we were cheated out of one night. We don’t have our belongings they took them promise never go back again.

Convenient Loud/noisy complex (screaming, loud music/bass, door slamming , smell of weed, they do change sheets once a week but do not clean the whole room nor the bathroom
