Motel 6 Arlington, Tx – Entertainment District

Had 2 rooms with 2 beds and only one bed actually had a quilt. I truly believe at this day in age every hotel should have the basic amenities of mini fridge and microwave. I truly belive if you jack up the room prices for an event then parking should be free. Location was good for the event but other than that I paid way to much for just somewhere to sleep.

Got to the hotel and was informed that all rooms were canceled.

When we arrived, we were told that our reservation had been cancelled because they were shut down by the city. No one contacted us prior to arrival, and it was too late to find other accommodations. Apparently this hotel has a long history of cleanliness issues with the city of Arlington, as well as questionable business practices. Stay away!

We were literally raided by the Dallas police department, still traumatized!

Terrible staff. Dirty building. Wouldnt let us have a room. Didnt contact me due to issues. Just no.

When we showed up for our reservation they told us that they couldn't give us our room and there was a letter on the door from the county health department.

Apparently this is a good location for AT&T stadium events. When a concert was announced there the hotel would not honor my existing reservation due to what they said was a “pricing glitch.” They did offer to let me keep my reservation for a 700% increase. I declined.

The only problem we had in the room was that there were small cockroaches coming out of cracks in the ceiling and the TV stand. They need to be fumigated.

Tip: If you have an early flight and Uber doesn't give you options to book a ride, wait til the morning to get a ride. The taxi the hotel arranged was $96..... Not so good: The carpet had a weird smell, time to replace it or give it a proper clean. The backs of the lamp fixtures was dusty. I had an option to rent a car but the hotel wanted to charge a guest for parking!?? $80!!?? Per night!!

Not cleanest, stains on the carpet, there was definitely stuff on the walls, but about what you would expect. It works for a one night stay, but maybe not long-term. Definitely not necessarily worth the over $700 they charged for the one night. The staff were great though!

Location is perfect for attending anything at AT&T stadium. Towels were scarce. i had a reservation for Friday and another for Saturday - Monday and they allowed us to stay in the same room.

the location The room was not clean. The tub had hair in the drain. The ice bucket was dirty. The tv didn't work and my room was not cleaned during my stay. Also had to pay to park my car there durning the event.

The Beds Were Very Comfortable But The Room Had A Few Roaches Crawiling On The Walls And Curtains Plus The TV Didn't Work At All ...😟Hopefully Maintenance Will Handle Those Issues Other Then That It Was A Decent Stay For The Price.

There were roaches in the bathroom. Room was not cleaned. There was still a hair clip from previous guest in shower. Half the rooms were closed by the health inspector. They say free parking on website but charged 80 the day of the event.

Our remote didn’t have batteries. I think new rolls of toilet paper should be put in every room between check ins/outs when room is cleaned. I wish there was a hair dryer.

Cleanliness- 4/5 due to a small roaches that I found roaming in the bathroom. I think you need pest control for this. The beds, sheets, and towels were clean, but to be sure, I brought my own. Staff- we don’t have a lot of interactions with staff, but they seemed professional, and doing their job. AC- functioning well; you have to manually turn it own when you arrive Parking- We paid $80 parking overnight during the event; no complaints, as after the events, I am sure people stayed outside 2-3 hours trying to get out of vicinity due to traffic not moving. Surrounding areas were $60 just for few hours.

Roaches in room, elevator not working, bath drain extremely slow.

Close to the stadium. Cleanliness is not on the property mind. Some of things were the following: The carpet looked and felt gross as it didn’t look like they even deep cleaned it. Layer of dust above the bed. Found roaches in the room. Mold around the bathtub. Lampshades by the bed looked gross and they were not the same lightbulbs. Looking at one lampshade it had different colors on it, instead of being solid white all around it. Going back to the room made me feel more gross than being out/walking around during the day. No outlet by the bed, only at the desk. Bath towels provided were very small and thin. They didn’t change the toilet paper from previous guests. The roll was much smaller than what we ended up needing to replace it with. Ice machine was broken. Up charge for event stay and parking event cost, per car, per night. Was not aware until I received a message after booking. It was convenient to be next to the stadium but at the cost of sanity for cleanliness and health.
