Finally shows up 0 customer service. Get to the hotel the manager did apologize so that was helpful but didn’t change really anything to be honest. The room was not as nice as other Westin properties, but it did serve its purpose. It’s not a bad property by any means. Just didn’t like the way it started off.

I always stay at the Westin when in DC. Its close to the metro, beautiful and clean rooms and the staff is always so helpful

The breakfast cost was not communicated properly. $65 for one day for one person. I thought the $65 was for all 4 days. When brought up to the management they were unwilling to accommodate.

I could not cool the room off in spite of checking in close to midnight from airport cancellation . It did not blow cool air at all . The bed was comfortable.

The a/c was barely working, engineering came and evaluated but were unable to offer anything but a box fan to recirculate the warm air. The double room was too small for a rollaway bed, so all four of my family slept in shorts and t-shirts under the top sheets. Even the tap water in the room was warm. We got very little sleep and there seemed to be no other options. Beware in the DC summer!!!

The hotel is centrally located close to the Fashion Centre mall, Costco, several restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as close access to the metro station. Our room was fairly clean, however, the table, dresser and nightstand had clearly not been wiped. The small table next to the chair had a thick layer of dust accumulated on it and the dresser had remnants of a previous guest's coffee. The carpet in the rooms and the hallways need to be shampooed. And, daily attention to the elevators would have been appreciated as people dropped food or there was debris on thy floor in the elevator. We didn't order food from the restaurant due to poor reviews from others. We also didn't utilize the bar area this time around because the bar and restaurant staff seem aloof, uninterested and overall not inviting. So rather than go there, we opted for a location s few blocks away. Would we stay here again? Yes. This wasn't our first visit. We absolutely stay because of the cost proximity to the things we like to do, but would love to see this hotel renovated. The brown young lady at the front desk is phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and always patient. She's a 10/10.

Please get a room with a window view. You will NOT regret it. When leaving out of the building. Walk to the corner. On the right there’s rental bikes and stores to eat. Other things as well. The staff AMAZING! Morning and afternoon both AMAZING! Breakfast food mmh good but not heat hot at all. Was told it was freshly made. Perhaps, no heat at all. It wasn’t warm either. Nothing to return and complain about. Would I stay again ABSOLUTELY! Oh beds are comfortable. Bathroom 10/10. No noise. And quiet.

Very clean and comfortable bed. The pillows were big and puffy. That is not good for me.

Location The room dont have any sound proofing. The family next door were able to hear us and we were able to hear everything that they spoke. It was bad experience to get a room n still feel that there is no privacy.
