When arriving in the carpark it was confusing to know which building and where to go to reception and no restaurant for

Very clean and comfortable. Everyone was very nice. Twice the cleaning staff tried to enter the room without knocking. They just used their key and tried to get in. We had the door sign out.

Very comfortable bed and a good price. It's well situated for longer journeys into France or as a base to do the WW1 Battlefield tours.

Clean quiet and location Breakfast buffet was good but could use improved scrambled eggs and oatmeal as options.

The facilities are exceptionally modern and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just a short walk from the Arras Railway Station and the downtown district. A very good complimentary breakfast is included. There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

Great location right by the train station - nice hotel - clean - great breakfast The room was crazy hot, with no way to moderate the temperature. There was a thermostat in the room, but I don’t think it was working. I opened the window, but that only let a mosquito in. I complained to the front desk, but they were completely unmoved. That was an unfortunate response. If it hadn’t been for that, it would have been a great hotel.

We appreciated being on the main floor. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was sufficient and the three coffee makers in the breakfast room were much appreciated. Nothing was disagreeable
