La Jacia Hotel & Resort

The location is absolutely perfect; it puts you within easy reach of all the popular destinations and stunning beaches in Porto Cervo and Baja Sardinia, including Le Terrazze Ritual, Phi Beach, and the marina, which is ideal for boat tours. Our room was not only super clean but featured beautiful views that really elevated our stay. The hotel grounds are lovely, surrounded by vibrant flowers, and the pool area offers a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. A huge highlight was the exceptional staff. We want to specifically recognize Mariya at the reception, who went above and beyond for us; in fact, we specifically chose to return to this hotel this year because of the excellent experience we had with her during our visit last year. Additionally, Flor at the restaurant provided outstanding service and truly took great care of us throughout our meals. Nothing—everything was perfect.

Felt like faux luxury and a money grab. €30 euro one way for a shuttle to town that was a 5 min drive away. Crazy food snack and water prices for things not high quality. Just felt like it was created for rich tourist but lacked character or realness

Beautiful property with incredible staff who make the stay a pleasure

I like the surroundings. Really in the center of nature. Beautiful and peace. Good and clean pool. Staff very helpful. Basic style of the room.. I may say not even basic, but poor. Not enough equipped to put personal belongings. And one more thing that is not a faulth of the hotel, but to the neighbours. On Friday night, somewhere were a disco, up to 5.30 in the morning. I put ear pads to my children years, so he can sleep. But me and my husband stay awake whole night. We were leaving on the next day and my husband has to drive w/o getting any sleep.

Beautifull resort, we just wish we had more time to enjoy it

Everything was great — from the tasty breakfast to the comfortable bed. The only small thing I missed was a few more hooks for towels in the shower. The water park is very close (you can even see it from the restaurant window), but the noise is only during the day when we weren’t in the room, so it didn’t bother us at all. The beach and the charming little village with restaurants are just a 10–15 minute walk away. The staff was very kind and welcoming — I really enjoyed the warm, family-like atmosphere instead of the formality of a big hotel. Overall, a lovely stay, and I’m happy to give them a 10!

Super ? Stayed there in June. Clean minimalist design, nice chill vibe, perfect for relaxing. Close to nature and city spots. Excellent staff — super friendly and helpful. Plus, got a sweet souvenir gift from the resort ?. Definitely recommend for a sunny weekend escape! Nothing

the hotel upgraded our room, parking available and good location, close to supermarket, nightlife (phi beach), and beautiful beaches. The staff at reception was really nice. The hotel management asked for an excessive deposit amount which we didn't accept. Then, they decreased the amount significantly and we said ok to give that amount as a deposit via credit card, they asked us to fill a form and write down our cc information which again we didn't accept due to the insecurity. Then, she said to wait for the it who can manage the deposit via cc. We said fine. After that, at midnight, when we came back from the party, the manager/owner (i assume), saw my wife and mention this deposit issue we had (the receptionist kindly accepted our position), saying that they upgraded our room and we didnt accept to give the deposit - this doesn't make any sense. We were so disappointed to have this conversation in the middle of the night, and he even proposed us to give our money back (almost kicked us out) for the last day of our stay (Saturday). This unfortunate conversation made us frustrated and we never had this issue elsewhere. We will never forget this moment, we will definitely come to Sardinia again but never stay at this hotel ever..

We loved absolutely everything about this property. The proprietors were amazing and welcoming. The staff were fantastic meeting all our needs during our stay. The property itself was just amazing. Rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool was wonderful and the breakfast we had met every need we wanted. So delicious! Can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. I really can’t think of anything we did not like.

Although the hotel was overall very nice there are a few small things that they could improve: 1. The breakfast was ok'ish but not a lot of variety for 20€ 2. The rooms are built in such a way that there are no places to hang a wet towel and bathing suit to dry. The same applies to ironing as there is no iron or iron board in the room. When asked at the reception about this we were told that we would need to hand the items over to them and they would iron it for 5€ per item. The same would be if you'd like to dry something, it would have to be handed of for dry cleaning, at extra charge. 3. I don't know if all the rooms had the same layout but the one we were in, had an A/C pointing straight to our bed and it was blowing very hard without any option to turn it down a bit. 4. There is club nearby which playes very loud music but that only in the weekend. It makes sleeping a bit inconvenient.

Everything - the most beautiful hotel with the nicest staff. Location is excellent, has a private parking, and the rooms are modern and fresh. Beautiful area with lots of plants/green. Loved this

The welcome was very nice. Friendly. Beautifully renovated. Very pretty flowers and beautiful sunbeds at the swimming pool. We had a newly renovated room.

The location was perfect, 10 min walk to a beautiful small beach and walking distance from nice restaurants, if you would like to walk to dinner. Nothing :)

Everything! Super pretty hotel full of flowers, the rooms are comfortable, a quiet pool area (in mid June), great breakfast with lots of options, a good location near some of the most popular places in Baja Sardinia, and very nice staff that also gave us lots of tips for the island. Would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Baja Sardinia ? It rained a lot during one evening, and some of the rain got through our window and wet the floor. So that’s something to pay attention to, but other than that we had a terrific stay!
