There was no protection against mosquitoes or insects, and the road to get there was unpaved.

The property is absolutely stunning between the views, the pool and the charming traditional decor. The owners are incredibly kind and do all they can to make your stay magical. The breakfast is impeccable and wonderful to eat with the views. And many cute animals on the property as well! It's not easy to get to, so I wouldn't recommend for nervous drivers. However, that was the case for us and we are very happy we stayed! There are a lot of wasps which made eating outside difficult, but the owners were always ready with their smoking coffee grounds to help turn them away.

Breakfast was delicious. Location was somewhat off the beaten track to find in the dark due to our late arrival, but Lamberto came out to find us and once there it was perfect

A lovely peacefull hillside location. true tranquility. Giovanni and Lamberto are great hosts . We booked a delux double room which was very clean and comfortable if on the small side . Would have been great to have access to hot drinks ( tea or coffee machine ) early morning and evening as there is no communal area . The vue fron our room was fab . Our breakfast each morning was excellent especially the local Riccotta Cheese, Honey and filled rolls . Did not use the swinming pool due to the cooler weather past few days. Our only real criticism is the condition of the 2.5km access dirt track Thisn is NOT suitable for a normal family car. best tackled in a 4x4 or similar. This track in my opinion ( steep in parts ) is dangerous especially in the evening and especially if raining or wet. its very rutted and narrow difficult to pass. The tricky access should be made clearer in the description of property facilities . Still a great place as a base to visit archeological sites if you enjoy peacfull rural location The lack of availabiluty of hot & cold drinks ( outside of Breakfast time)

The hosts are lovely people and the house is beautiful and at a peaceful location Quite a bumpy and rugged road to reach the property. Cannot imagine what it would be like in the rain. Breakfast based mostly on sweet items.

Nice view, friendly staff Location is not ideal if you intend to go back and forth a lot. To get to the place there is 2km of unpaved road which adds 10 mins to your journey. The road is quite bad so don’t recommend doing this with low-riding cars.

Absolutely everything has exceeded our expectations! From the peaceful location to the superb attention to the detail. The swimming pool is surrounded by the picturesque view, the rooms are furnished with antiques and the breakfast was very generous! The hosts are very lovely and welcoming. Everything was excellent

Ameazing B&B!! If you are going to visit north of Sardinia, you must go to this amazing place. Best place where you can have total relax . It s very clean and breakfast is delicious. Great customer service , Stunning View.❤. Best choice.

breakfast and view from place was very nice. The host changed the check-in time at 1pm that day, we were already on the way there, so we managed go on the beach and when we asked him about the half an hour to extend the time, he refused not nicely way, and we had to go for dinner after very late at 10pm. Be careful guys about the car, we had to drive about 10' on unmaintained dirt road with deep holes and unmaintained bushes, if you don't have full insurance, you gonna pay a lot, we can't avoid scratches and scrapes and with a low chassis not every car will pass. We red just best reviews about this place, but the shower was old, on some tiles mouldy and dusty, to set up right temperature of water took around 10 minutes. We could not place our clothes in huge wardrobe in front of bed, was very old stinky smell inside of it. Because of whole not friendly customer service and communication, the condition of road we wouldn't go there anymore.

The location, the pool, the breakfast, the staff. Even if the location seems in the desert, it is a very good choice! -

Run by a couple of lovely guys - the place was very welcoming. Our room was of a high standard. Just one word of caution- IF DRIVING YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM A SOLID CAR PREFERABLY 4X4 - the last leg of the journey is through an unmade road. SET GOOGLE MAPS TO TAKE YOU TO ARZACHENA, ONCE THERE THEN SET THE HOTEL ADDRESS IN MAPS TO TAKE YOU TO THE PROPERTY. ALSO ARRIVE IN DAYLIGHT - That unmade road is not lit.
