It was right next to the bus stops to the slopes, the food was delicious and the menu varied, it had a gorgeous view of the river it was literal winter wonderland. We stayed at two rooms the staff was exceptional helped us move rooms without hustle and spoke perfect English. The second room was a dream had a bathtub and a private sauna. The first was very big and comfortable. Nope, I loved my stay

Wonderful location, clean and cozy. Great staff, Merel, Magdalena and Serena were examples of outstanding hospitality. Breakfasts were awesome.

The staffs are so friendly to the point where they would advise you where to go and to eat as well. The room is fabulous. Quiet, clean, and spacious room. The parking is outside and you have to walk.

We had a really enjoyable stay here and would definitely return. Everything you need in the room was catered for, tea/coffee, complimentary fruit and chocs. Plug sockets convenient. Comfy bed. Decent bathroom Beds were comfy, bedroom was spacious, clean and new. Breakfast was impressive. Staff very attentive on reception and at breakfast. A nice chilled vibe in the lobby bar and complimentary welcome drink which was a nice touch. Nothing negative to say

We loved the wellness facilities of the hotel, including the two heated pools, the sauna with a view and and fantastic massage service. The food was also excellent and the staff very friendly with us.

Location It was good enough, but it should be clean especially the bed cos we found too much hair and the bed sheet wasn’t clean.

Virtually everything. Breakfasts fantastic, drinks very reasonably priced. Staff were marvellous. Choice of main course for dinner very limited, that is the only criticism I would make.

Warm and cozy design, very comfortable bed and pillows The spa is split on two different levels, the outdoor pool was closed. The skiroom is too small. Food variety was poor.
