Albemarle Inn

Beautiful place. We had a very nice time and I am planning on coming back.

We love old houses. We sat in the breakfast room each morning and had coffee and bagels. We sat on the porch in the evening. Nothing.

From check-in to check out everything at the Alfa Mar Inn was simply delightful. This is our second day and this beautiful Greek revival Home. Our bed was particularly comfortable in the ribbon and roses room. We were more than content with the delicious continental breakfast served every morning. The fresh brewed coffee is definitely a must! I also love the staff‘s attention to detail from cookies at night for the guest to comfortable robes in each bedroom. I look forward to planning our next day. Special shout out to all the staff who checked us in and kept stocked our special guest kitchen for everyone at the end. Thank you for a wonderful stay again!

Location and history of the inn. Need some repairs.

Many lovely details: cookies set out in the lobby, guest refrigerator, flowers on dining tables, robes in bathrooms. Breakfast was what one might have at any ordinary hotel on the road. The

It was a beautiful mansion in a quiet part of Asheville, yet it was easy to get to everything you needed without about a half a mile. We especially liked the front porch in the early morning listening to the birds chirping.

The Albemarle Inn is beautiful. So much character in every inch. Our room was perfectly detailed and comfortable. We had a balcony off our room where we enjoyed our morning coffee and tea. We ate breakfast in what was once a screened porch. Wicker tables and chairs filled the room The people were kind and able to share the history and helpful suggestion. While worth the trip!!! It was perfect!

We had a great stay. The inn was beautiful and the receptionist very helpful. The bathroom was a bit small, but that is to be expected in an older home. We really enjoyed the breakfast provided. It was a very quiet place to relax.
