Kimpton Hotel Arras by IHG

First time in Asheville, and glad we picked this hotel for our stay. Great location for walking to great restuarants and bars. The valet parking was very convenient when went on day trips. Room service also very good. We didn't dine at restaurant, but appreciated coffee bar in morning and the bar had good cocktails for a nightcap!

The perfect hotel, great facilities, staff and location

Difficult to rate this hotel. It’s relatively pricey, $300+ - night hotel and charges a resort fee. For that, I expect to have coffee in the room and not have to go to the lobby to start the day. Room was clean and well laid out but bathroom light burnt out and tv streaming didn’t work - it uses a an old school method rather than the easy connection you can do at Marriotts and others. Was able to check in about an hour early and bags had been taken to my room already when it became available, which was nice. The property was well located and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall a mixed bag at that price point.

Super clean, cozy, modern rooms with a great shower. Bed was comfortable and made perfectly with high-end cotton linens. Perfect central location for my meetings.

The coffee bar each morning and happy hour each evening was an added perk.

Great hotel that is very dog friendly, providing treats at check in and a warm welcoming staff. They even offered to loan us a dog bed! Great bar and patio. The suite was excellent with tons of storage and a spa bathroom.

I loved the location! You could walk to shops and restaurants . The outdoor fire was so unique !

Perfect location, walkable to dozens of restaurants. Beautiful breakfast area with a wonderful, healthy breakfast menu, and the surprise credit we received at check in covered a meal. Great bar area including an outdoor patio to have a complimentary drink at Happy Hour. Delicious breakfast. Very clean. Comfortable bed, great shower. Only complaint was our very thin down pillows. We had to cut our stay short due to a death in the family, and they worked with our booking platform to refund our second night.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and conmortable accomodation

This hotel is beautiful and centrally located. Parking around the block is pretty easy if you don't wish to use the Valet. The hotels built in security made me feel safe as a solo traveler. The food options in the area were all wonderful. The front desk was incredibly helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel & was a total bargain for the price.

My fiancée and I had a great time staying at the Kimpton Arras. The entire staff was very kind and helpful, especially Michael (the bellhop). He recommended great places for us to eat and visit. We loved staying downtown Asheville because there was so much to do within walking distance. The food and drinks were great, and we loved the ambiance of the hotel. We do wish there was more attention to detail in the showers. Unfortunately, our shower had multiple spots of mold around the floors. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
