Red Roof Inn Asheville - Biltmore West

It was a very pleasant experience for such an economical rate. The best part of the Red Roof Inn was the fact that they allow one cat free. that made all of the difference from other motels that either didn’t allow a pet or charged a fee. Everything about the Motel offered a renovated appeal. Very clean, streamlined and attractive rooms. The only feature that seemed to be missing was a coffee maker in the room. There was daily coffee available in the lobby, but no coffee maker in the room. even though there were many derogatory complaints about the safety of this facility. I did not experience that at all. It was very well lighted outdoors There seemed to be no-unsavory people and a real Plus was the fact that the Cracker Barrel restaurant was within a very short walking distance.

Very clean outside/well maintained My pets felt welcome which is a huge plus Overall I would recommend but WiFi really needs to work better for my wife and I to come back.

Hotel undergoing renovations so expect workers in the premises. Pet friendly. Self free parking. People smoke outside. As a non smoker, not a fan of that.

They didn’t have WIFI so it was very inconvenient since we work online, they say the do but they don’t, we stayed for a week

Unloaded luggage and fount needles in the room manger said it was not their fault it was the cleaning people ...who is in charge ?

The room size was nice and the outside was well lit. The bedding had stains, the shampoo/conditioner was empty in the bathroom, and the internet had one bar and was completely useless.

Location ,friendly staff , clean The only things i didn’t like but wasn’t disgruntled about was the pillows are uncomfortable, and the smell of weed constantly and being woken up by the smell at 2am by it (and it only bothered me Because i have kids) i dont fault the hotel staff though you can only do so much.

Parking was easy and secure. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all.

The room itself was clean but it smelled like cleaned over smoke. I had to keep my blinds closed because men kept looking in. I would say for a sole female traveler to stay somewhere else.

Overall, a great dog friendly stay while in the area. Our room was clean, comfortable and plenty of hot water. We only stayed one night. This is a three-story hotel with exterior entrances and no elevator -- request first floor room if you have mobility issues.

Ideally, for the price my wife and I pay through hotels.com, this hotel is the best bang for your buck. Friendly staff, clean outdoor area, great lighting in the evenings, other guests seem to be respectful and keep to themselves. Overall, I will give this hotel a 9.5/10. Most importantly, the staff respects our privacy.

The room was a bit crowded. Nothing wrong with it but too much in the space. Also the bathroom sink splashed all down the front of my shirt. It is a basin sink but the faucet is aimed directly toward the user. Would be nice if there was a sign warning users about this.
