the apartment is rustic but absolutely clean and comfy. It had everything you needed and the family-hosts are always nearby to provide help and gave us great advice. They were very kind and friendly in general. You can Park directly in front of the apartment. The breakfast was brought directly to the apartment at any appointed time and was also good and adequat. All in all the best location to stay in Italy so far - 10/10!

This was absolutely beautiful. The apartment is huge, and everything one could ever need is there. Patrizia was an amazing host, and I cannot recommend her place highly enough. As other people have said, the breakfast is fantastic, and overall I cannot imagine anything could be better. Five star accommodation with wonderful kind and caring host.

What a charming farmhouse. Patrizia was such a gracious host. The bedroom, kitchen, hallway and bathroom were all rustically gorgeous! Wifi was sometimes spotty, but other than that, everything was so nice!

Beautiful location, nature, spacious apartment with everything you need. Nice breakfast. Hosts are very welcoming. We have accident with our car and they were helped us with fixing it. Thank you again!

The whole environment is just breathtaking. We liked everything.

Extremely spacious. Wonderfully furnished and decorated with an amazing collection of antiques. Excellent location being just a few minutes out of Asola. And very close to two excellent restaurants. Walking distance to the number one restaurant in the region. And the pizzeria in Pagnano is fabulous. Some slight difficulty with Patrizia’s lack of English. But we managed.
