Next to a shopping mall that has everything plus near by restaurants Near the highway so it’s accessible to visit multiple cities but if you want Milan it consider as far from the center They offer us water during the stay and I asked them is it free and they said yes so I kept getting it. And by the check out they wanted to charge me for each small bottle a 2.5 euros which was unexpected but after talking to the receptionist and explained the case she was nice enough to understand and wave the total cost for the water

The air-conditioning on our room was bad. It's summer hot at the time and you can only set the temperature to 19C° the lowest and can barely chill the room.

This hotel was great for us since we arrived by rental car and the parking garage was very secure and easy to use. No extra charge for parking in the garage. It was very close to the Metro, so it was easy access in and out of Central Milan. The neighborhood has lots restaurant choices and a shopping mall close by. The bed was the best bed we had on our entire trip (5 different cities over 4 weeks). Breakfast was very good. The young lady who checked us in was charming and welcoming. Can't think of anything.

Location near metro station was super convenient Maid service was spotty. Often not leaving enough toilet paper or towels. Very few drawers to unpack clothing from luggage.

Stayed here to be near Olympic ice skate venue. Was perfect, just one metro stop. And just easy to get to Duomo area of city. The breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety. A bit bland. But they had plenty of food available.

The good: Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with fresh pastries, yoghurt, scrambled egg - all very good quality. Clean and modern room. Some extra hygiene things provided. Miniature toiletries like soap-shampoo-bodywash would be nice to have (usually it is provided by hotel, but not this time)
