Professional personnel. Great location, just 15 minutes walk from Basilica. Public parking (paid additionally) is available just in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast and the kindest 'breakfast lady'. Room was loud, windows are from the street. Small room, not very pleasant, more like a school dormitory. Bathroom so small that it was not possible to turn under the shower or place your cosmetics there.

Went there for a private retreat, an excellent location since is only about 9 minutes to the basilica and around 15 mins to the centre. Very convenient from and to the airport (Perugia), 20 mins for 5 euros. Nothing

Great location, attractive dining room, breakfast spread excellent, room clean, very good price The beds. Was to have been a double, but that consisted of two beds pushed together, with a third one taking up floor space. Made the sleeping experience rather odd. My partner found the pillow hard.
