There is an appartment with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in very nice location, 10 minutes walk to Assisi gate, steps to shops and cafes, parking. Very quiet area. Breakfast was very good, Francesco was very nice, give us a lot of helpful information Shampoo and shower gel in small packages hard to use, and WiFi connection didn't work well for us

Kind & welcoming & offering us the apartment which was comfortable for four adults. Very close to minimart & old town, Francesco is a very nice host & also provided a lovely breakfast. The kitchen needs more cooking pots & frypan, the main bathroom shower & screen is loose & is tired but these are minor problems.

We were offered the 2 bedroom apartment, so we could stay with our friends, which was spacious. Great location with market and coffee shop so close.

We really liked the open plan appartment with the handy kitchenette, the lounge area and the superb vista from the verandah. A warm welcome from our host with a glass of wine, and we enjoyed the continental breakfast in the cafeteria. Very good air conditioning. The minimarket nearby was very handy. Plenty of drawer space but no wardrobe.

Good breakfast, pleasant host Shower in apartment was poor. There was little water pressure and the pipes and metal tubing interfered with the handle to set water cold to hot.

The hotel is close to the Assisi center. 5 minutes walking. The owner is very friendly and helpful, very kind. The breakfast was simple with a cup of coffee and only sweetmeats (cookies/breads/croissants). To have only sweet things to eat in the breakfast maybe is ok to Italian people, but not for all the foreigners.

The place is in a green area, very close to the historic town of Assisi. We got an upgrade from a room to an apartment. The owner Francesco is very helpful and nice person, chatted with us and gave us some useful advice. The property would definitely benefit from air conditioning. The ceiling fan simply could not cope with the heat. Anyway, the owner Francesco told us he was going to install it soonest - so the future visitors will benefit from it.

Only thing was no air conditioning. The owner was very kind to provide us a fan for the room which helped a lot. Because we needed to leave the windows open for the cool air, the street noise and early morning sunshine impacted on sleep.
