Very spacious room and exceptionally friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Nothing.

Room was good , breakfast as well. I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was disappointed with several aspects of the service. The reception staff were often impolite and came across as arrogant. After returning to the hotel with my newly married husband following our wedding, there was no welcome gesture or acknowledgment, despite it being a special occasion. We also requested an iron and ironing board, but they were delivered very late as at that time it wasn’t available. Later, while we were having breakfast, housekeeping entered our room and removed them without our permission, which led us to file a complaint with reception. Additionally, changing the bed sheets the next day was chargeable. Overall, the service and hospitality did not meet our expectations. That said, the room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options.

seemed new there was nothing available. no wine glasses no bar no restaurant a bed and that is it!. For the same price one can stay at the Veil which is an amasing place to stay. Neos is highly over priced and is a terrible location

The location near the attractions in the area , the breakfast was good with local varieties . they have fitness and mini spa services

Great location, friendly staff, rooms are very comfortable and clean. Not a first and definitely not a last stay in Neos Astana Its not about the hotel, but about some guests. All rooms are not smoking but when we arrived there was a smell of smoke (cigarets). Reception reacted on our request without any issues and changed room in 5 min. Thank u guys!

The bed was very soft and comfortable. Breakfast was good. All in all I think the hotel was a little too expensive for the amenities and the state of the room it has to offer, but nevertheless it was a rather good place to stay.

It’s absolutely new hotel, everything modern and clean. Big room with high ceilings, very stylish, warm floor. All essentials are provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back. Maybe a little more variety for breakfast.

Friendly service and nice breakfast. Also they gave us breakfast boxes that was super yummy! My room carpet had a huge stain. The hot water takes a while to kick in.
