It was clean, nice, cozy and the staff were very nice!!! I loved it, highly recommend this hotel! They supply everything! Thank you for the great hospitality and great night !

I like how accommodating the staff were. Also, the room was spacious enough to accommodate 5 people. The room was not quite to the level of my cleanliness expectation. The bed had what I believe was a condom wrapper. There was a piece of plastic below the table. The floors of the genkan, bathroom, and water closet were clean but quite sticky. Also paid a small extra amount for the onsen which they had downstairs but I never used. The breakfast was okay. I only had coffee and service water for my drinks.

Nobody serve at reception in early morning 4 to 6am while I needed to wait someone unlocking the main entrance. There should have some hangers for clothes that may convenient while taking shower. Breakfast is cold and no coffee available. Parking lot is too small.
