Everything was very good

Some of the front desk staff were unfriendly

great location. easy access from Syntagma. room was in top condition and clean. had an early checkout so the hotel prepared a breakfast box. front desk was helpful, accurate and with a smile. room was a little small, but enough for 1 person. it smelled a little musty. the content of the breakfast box was rather simple.

Full amazing hot breakfast with lots of American and greek offerings The tv was older and wouldn't allow us to stream or connect our HDMI cable like last year at the same property.

Location: In the heart of Athens. Easy acess to everywhere in the center. Breakfast with Greek taste with a lot of choices. Everything was nice , quality & Quantity wise. I was even able to order a good customised coffee for free.Room was very good, confortable bed.Room was clean and in good condition.

Excellent location! Clean modern property right in the heart of a very busy area and about 15 min walk maximum to anywhere. Breakfast included was decent and housekeeping did a good job cleaning every morning as soon as we would leave. Rooms were spacious and bathrobes and slippers included and a full length mirror inside the closet which was a very nice touch. The bathrooms however are very small with the shower cubicles literally a 3 sq feet pie shaped corner. We would end up bumping our elbows all the time on to the side walls of the shower. Also no space at all in the bathroom to keep any toiletries so we ended up putting our kits in the floor under the shower. The hair dryer is the attached to the wall small one which takes forever to dry hair. Small bathroom, attached hairdryer, only the first two bottles of water are complimentary and then they charge 1.50€ for each small water bottle ( the receptionist told us when we asked for refills). There’s a Bazaar supermarket just 5 min walk from the hotel where the small bottles are for 0.18 c and the big 1.5 lt ones for 0.35 or something so stock up from there!

Close to everything I used to visit Athens in May and Nov however this time I came in mid June I was on the second floor and people kept drinking and talking loudly till 2:00 am I could not sleep next time I will visit back in May where it’s less crowded

The clerk couldn’t have been friendlier! She was awesome! We liked the location downtown and the ease to get around with walking. The bed was not the most comfortable and the noise outside went into wee hours of hr night but that is common within cities.

Fabulous location. Walking distance to the sights as well as the hop on bus stop. Breakfast was great! From 730 to 10, so it was ok to sleep a little later, since most of the sites don’t start till 10 am The nearby restaurants, and there were quite a few had excellent food, reasonable prices. The staff was so accommodating. Multiple checks throughout the day to see if anything extra was needed. Planning on staying again next year when I travel with another grandchild Sounds silly, but I should have asked for a light blanket at night . There were only sheets on the bed& I prefer sleeping with a light blanket

There was a cigarette smell in some common areas

1) The room was very old and had a bad smell. The room condition, appearance, and overall quality were significantly different from the advertised photos and description. 2) We were very concerned about the hygiene standards in the breakfast area. We observed the cleaning staff using the same cloth/tool on the table stand/leg, table surfaces, and salt and pepper containers, which we found unacceptable and unsanitary. After witnessing this, we could eat and left the food absolutely untouched on the table. The staff would notice two untouched plates full of food. The cleaning lady was bent over, one hand on the floor and the other hand wiping the table leg. Then she stood up and with the same hands and the same cloth continued to wipe the table surface, then the salt shakers. 1) The room was very old and had a bad smell. The staff is fabulous. Friendly and helpful The noise from outside is very loud

Great location. Clean Comfortable bed. Staff is amazing and very helpful. They’re very good at responding to messages. I would give them 10 stars if it was not for some construction noice outside from 3:30 in the morning that did not stop until 6 am . I did not get enough sleep because of that. of course it’s not hotel’s fault, but still make this kind of noise in the middle of the night was crazy.how is it even allowed, I don’t know
