Clean room Small elevator, stairs to the lobby not good especially when you have a heavy suitcase, small lobby not good for group tour . Stayed on the rooftop suite …carried my luggage from 5th floor to the top?

It was selected because of its proximity to the Henry Dunant hospital. We loved the 6th floor room with large wrap around balcony. Nothing

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We extended our stay in Athens Platinum one more night and the staff organized everything for us to take back the original rooms even though they were almost fully booked. They also applied a discount for our second night stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm and equipped with all the necessities. The breakfast was very delicious and diverse. Great location. Good price. It was a misunderstanding from my side thinking that each room had jacuzzi inside. There were only a few rooms (or just one, not sure) having a jacuzzi in the balcony and you have to early notify the staff in order to make it work.

High style rooms, new and clean. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast Thought it would be a bit closer to the airport, but it turned out ok and they have a close by parking for only 8 Euros

I had a great stay at the hotel. I especially appreciated the spacious room and the excellent service from the staff. Ms.Eleftheria and Mr. Locus were incredibly helpful and cooperative they made sure all our requests were taken care of promptly and professionally. Their hospitality really made our stay more comfortable. Thank you! - Water bottles were not provided daily, and we had to purchase them.

Room size, clean rooms, updated and comfortable. Great front desk staff. Tricky location, elevator will only fit 2 people.

Cats in hotel sitting on furniture. Window open and cats roaming on street. A cat peep head in window and almost jumped in the area where the food was.

Staff has been nice and supportive Building is in poor conditions, elevator is the slowest one you will ever ride, therefore not usable; overall the feeling is of a 2 stars pension, guests were kids in school trip. Breakfast reflected the above. Executive suite shares its terrace with the building, no separation from private/common space. Moreover the room has no acoustic isolation, despite the double-glass windows, you hear street noise.
