Extremely accommodating to short notice reservations. Delicious breakfast!

The only positive was the lovely young lady at the desk. The location was horrific! When your taxi driver says, "oh, not a good location. Do not walk alone". Pay attention! The area is full of homeless and the driver pointed out a drug deal going down. When I asked about walking, the front desk said they offered to call a taxi. The room was large, but very old and not well maintained. I ended up checking out and finding a hotel better suited to a solo traveler.

Staff was great, hotel was alright if beat up. Elevator was sketchy and often didn't work due to doors not closing on other floors. The area it was in was not great, people shooting up right out front most afternoons wasn't what I expected.

The carpets outside the room are discusting dirty. The bells ringing of the nearby church are very loud.

Loved the price of the breakfast, loved the size of my room, loved the complimentary water and wine, loved the warmth and welcome from the staff The location was horrible. Too many homeless people and addicts

Staff were kind We stayed at Delphi Art Hotel on May 13–14, 2025, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our room (502 – Alexia) had bed bugs, which was extremely unhygienic and upsetting. We reported it to the front desk and showed photo evidence, but the only alternative offered was a downgraded room on the 2nd floor with three single beds – not ideal or comfortable for a couple. This was meant to be a special trip, but the situation caused a lot of stress. While the staff were polite and did what they could, the lack of proper resolution and the fact that we had to request a refund ourselves was disheartening. Definitely not the experience we expected from a hotel of this standard.

    Everything just wow!

Location was great for jumping on sightseeing bus and metro. Several good restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast had good variety and was well provisioned. Older European style hotel experience. We booked a room for our family of four and it was perfect with a Queen size bed and 2 twin beds in another room. Some areas needed a little updating (paint, stairway carpet).

The place itself is good, near the center and the Acropolis... The environment is not clean...

When we told the woman at the front desk that we were leaving for the airport before breakfast she made sure to have six breakfast bags to go ready for us when we left the next morning. It had a good variety of food. The staff was very accomadating for our needs, a family traveling with four children. The rooms were clean and well cared for. My bed was a bit hard, but I actually liked it. Nothing

Breakfast was very good and rich we loved it and staff very friendly , and room was very clean the one thing we didn’t like is the location it’s far from centre and the neighborhood is a little scary Neighborhood

The staff were chatty, helpful and polite The shower was hanging off the wall. The bathroom extractor made ahorrible screeching noise. The lift broke down. The place reeked of faded glory, needs a complete overhall.

Locatie. Breakfast was ok. Hotel outdated, carpet very old and it smells badly.

The front desk people were really nice and kind when we told them about our flight shift, they were kind enough to extend our check out time. Breakfast was good. It was worth the money. My room was close to the motor way so the sound of cars were a bit disturbing

it was perfect for what we needed. Nothing fancy but everything in working order. Breakfast was good. The negative reviews are uncalled for in my opinion. Certainly worth the money paid.

Is it loud and old? YES. Is it the best choice money wise when it comes to budget friendly trips? YES. I loved that our room was cleaned every day. The room was small, but had a lot of storage for luggage. The location is great too, you can get to the subway easily and it's a 25min walk to the Acropoles. Breakfast was good, with a daily english breakfast variety, sweets, fruits and they were very kind to provide us with almond milk for our stay. Staff was very kind. It is old and noisy. They are trying to compensate with other facilities that I appreciate for the cost. You cannot deny it. The windows are old. It has its charm, but yes, Athens is extremely noisy. It's not the hotel's fault, but the side streets are full of sketchy people. You can easily find someone sleeping next to the entrance at night. Personally, I would not go out at night even if I was in the center of the city, full of fancy hotels. It does not feel safe.

We were about 20 min on foot away from all the major "attractions". The staff was so friendly, all of them. I liked the atmosphere of the hotel. Everything you needed was present in the hotel. The rooms look a bit used. They need a touch of renovation.

Dangerous location, homeless men staying in the hotel grounds, drinking and shouting throughout the night. Hotel staff said it wasn't their problem when it was raised with them. So it's not a safe hotel for a solo traveler or for female travelers.

    Good
