First off, there are stairs at the hotel and nobody helped us with our suitcases. Staff was weird. Like they kept being super stressed about non-guests being in the room for more than 20 minutes but I needed to help my father with the suitcases but they were stressing out. Unpleasant service. Room looked decent at first but was hot and they only gave 1 towel and it was dirty.

Room that we saw on the picture and real room that they gave us, was very different rooms. Window was dirty, room was very small, was very smelly.

Our room was clean on the first day We paid for 5 nights, and not once did we see a cleaner come to clean our room. We complained about it, and yet nothing was done . We basically have to request for change of towels our selves at reception and the second time we did, the old guy at the reception wasn't keen to give. He complained that we had requested already. We had our dirty towels in our rooms all through, and our bin was never changed. On the day of arrival, the old guy who checked us in asked if we needed to watch TV before giving us the remote. lol, we found this funny and didn't complain about it cos we were already tired from travelling and just needed to rest. They are not friendly at reception , they lack customer service skills. We had to check out on the 4th day because we just couldn't stand it anymore and needed a nice memorable place to stay . We paid for breakfast, and everything seemed cold, including hot water and coffee. No staff was ever around at the restaurant. The food was just made and left there.we only ate twice and never returned for breakfast. Its disappointing?

Excellent customer service ? Dora, is the best. The location is very close to the train station to go to Acrópolis, Plaka, and other places.

Holes in the shower curtain, wifi had very poor connection, paint was chipping off the walls. Vibe is outdated and a little eery.

Nothing !!! Dirty, murdered, smoky room, stained linen, not fresh. Wi-Fi is not working!!
