Nicola Hotel

Free spacious parking, good breakfast, amazing balcony. It's close to everything by bus. For the price you pay, it's pretty good. It could get a bit noisy, so light sleepers beware. Noise from other guests, location is quiet.

The staff is fine, helpful. Breakfast is simple, but okay. Worth the price. The parking is the next road, not a lot of parking there.

Great location for my needs in a safe local neighborhood witha very friendly staff. Great price, clean room, comfortable bed, and breakfast every morning on site. Also closer to some parks and hills for great views while in nature. I would stay again next time in Athens. Bathroom could use a little paint touch-up and the shower isn't enclosed nor very big. Also, weirdly no real great place to plug in. I usually had to unplug a lamp or the mini fridge to charge my devices at night.

I don't have any complain. This is a modest family business, Greek style. If you are looking for something fancy, it's not for you. If you are looking for a functional, decent, budget friendly place to stay, then this is a great choice.

I liked the room and the breakfast.

The room was clean and a reasonable size with a nice balcony to sit out on. Breakfast was self service and had a good selection, everything was very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were quite uncomfortable, with springs poking through. Very unpleasant view from our room at the back of the hotel.

Nothing special, a nice low budget hotel.

Clean and kindly staff

- It’s clean and in a quiet area. - The staff was very attentive always we needed any assistance. - Breakfast needs to be improved a little bit more. - If we depend on the public transportation we have to be a little bit patient because buses take a while to stop at the closest bus station, even though the station is only 3min away.

The stuff was bad. If you have other options so don't!

Great location as I was visiting friends hotelier was very welcoming Ordered food for me when I arrived as asked how far place was so kind and helpful Went to the bar during my stay i brought a drink then got a drink on the house No problems at all

The breakfest was ok. There were local markets and coffes nearby. The staff was ok. In summary: absolutely nothing special. I didn't like that the shower was very small, the window was covered and could not uncover it (or I did not know how to) , I had a trouble with closing the room with a key, nowhere else had happened before. The nearest metro station is 20 minutes walk away (my bad too, I didn't check it before)

The staff is always helpful, nice, and kind. The area is a really good place to stay and lots of options to move around the city centre. The breakfast is also amazing N/A

What I loved about Nicola Hotel was that it is small, comfy, sweet and sweetly dated, AND in a super cool local neighborhood. The hotels I usually frequent are slick and sterile. The staff was very attentive. Please update the TVs.
