Great place, location, And room

Positive not would be the included breakfast was good staff was kind and you’re in central Plaka facing both the Acropolis and ruins easy walk through restaurants and shops Was misleading towards the suite as I assumed there would be a public rooftop bar/lounge that overlooked the acropolis however upon arriving that was not the case it’s actually a private rooftop and you have to book a suite that includes it again was not made aware at on about that. Another couple staying here had the same notion as I and we were both confused same with the balcony it’s a tiny step out have a smoke one person ledge not a balcony. For what you pay for I do not believe it is worth it.

Nice complimentary breakfast. The complimentary bottle of wine and water. Being greeted immediately and having our room ready. The size of the room was excellent.

breakfast was in a warm room with air conditioner noise going constantly making it uncomfortable. Tables need to be enlarged for more than two small people. Selection of food was adequate. Check-in/checkout was with a gelato business next door which was unusual to say the least

Great location to Acropolis, Plaka, and restaurants and pretty much everything. Has a great Gelato shop right outside. Not really anything

The property is perfectly located in the heart of the Plaka district. N/A

Slippery Wet Bathroom Floor (but pretty marble) & not enough shower/sink floor mats. No Reception Area or Staff Person most of time (however, available by phone sometimes). Room was too hot in evening but A/C wd not go below a pre-set temperature. Breakfast Room very dated, dingy, no staff present in Dining Area. Breakfast/Coffee not hot or great quality, packaged goods (but fresh orange juice very good).

Perfect location for experiencing old town Athens. Owner was top notch, friendly, and so helpful. Great breakfast included was a bonus. Really nice new walk in shower.

We had the most amazing stay at Plaka Arch Suites, from arrival the staff were so friendly and helpful! We stayed in the Excelsior Terrace Dream Suite Room and had private access to the beautiful rooftop terrace which included the Hot Tub. The view of the Acropolis was incredible both day and night and the location in Plaka was close to most of the attractions as well as excellent restaurants and bars! The room was spacious and very clean and we were very impressed with the breakfast served each morning too. We would absolutely recommend Plaka Arch Suites and look forward to returning!

The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable, nice attentions (bathrobes, ear plugs, etc). The breakfast was delicious.

A really comfortable spacious room in a small and very personal feeling boutique hotel that included a delicious cooked breakfast by friendly staff . A wonderful and entertaining Athens neighborhood was just steps away from your hotel room door.

Very friendly the host was amazing let me check in at 11 am and made my stay excellent letting me use the facilities after I checked out his two ladies so friendly nothing was a problem The rain on the final day , so nothing to complain about
